If I could give them less than one star I could. I suppose if you’re a property owner than maybe they are for you but as a renter I must say that they are less than pleasant to deal with. My family moved into the unit I am currently at in 1993 for more than 25 years we had no issues and were model renters. Approximately 2 years ago Compass Commercial took over “management “ for the owners. The changes were immediate and swift. I could go on and on about the missed hours of productivity, illegal entries, rude behavior, bullying, and intimidation but I choose to mention that the building (7 units) will be more empty than full by next month and the owners will have lost almost 50 years of renters (combined). I can pay what they want but I refuse to sign a contract with this company and I highly recommend careful consideration when...
