I’ve only had one experience with Oregon Spirit distillers but we will not be going back. We went to a concert there and were standing below the VIP section which included the people who work for Oregon Spirit distillers and their friends/family. About a half hour into the concert one of them dumped in entire pint of hot pink cider all over my mom and sister’s brand new white clothes and nobody would take any responsibility for it. We knew who did it and told them a simple apology would be appreciated and then two other drunk and belligerent people joined in, leaning over the fence and aggressively yelling at us and telling us we were making a big deal out of nothing, mocking us and being incredibly disrespectful. The final straw was when we were leaving and one of the men with the group told us to “go back to California.” As an Oregonian of over 33 years, this was incredibly uncalled for and embarrasses me as someone who believes Oregonians to be kind and respectful, especially to elders. It’s not unreasonable to believe we should be able to go listen to music and not have hot pink cider spilled all over us by drunk 20 year olds. What’s worse is when people take no responsibility for their actions and they work for the venue! I am a business owner myself and I would be humiliated by this behavior of anyone affiliated with me. The manager seemed to understand and take it seriously but as far as we’re concerned we don’t believe the owner or the people affiliated with the owner ever deserve our...
Read moreFelt very welcomed when we arrived. Greeted by the staff, thing explained, told to have a seat and they would be with us. It was happy hour, and we were told what was on HH and the discount ($4 discount). We decided to go with the absinthe poured traditionally. We didn't know much about absinthe, so the server explained about the history and how and why it's poured the way they pour it. Well worth the price. We did end up having the pretzel. Loved it.
Go you will enjoy yourself. And if you go on Thursday night during the summer you can enjoy a concert (check their website...

They distill all of their own spirits for their cocktails and make all their own shrubs and syrups. They have a simple but elegant selection of food with many locally sourced seasonal ingredients. With a number of beers on tap and an ample happy hour menu this is a great stop for any...
