Wow, just wow… Super Deluxe completely blew me away! From the moment we pulled up, I could tell we were in for something special. The retro yet modern aesthetic, the clean and inviting atmosphere, and the smell of fresh, high-quality burgers sizzling on the grill—it all set the stage for an unforgettable experience.

First, let’s talk about the food. I’ve had my fair share of fast food burgers, but Super Deluxe is on a whole different level. The burger was insanely juicy, perfectly cooked, and stacked with fresh, crisp toppings that actually tasted real—none of that soggy, flavorless lettuce or sad, limp tomato nonsense. The bun was soft and buttery, toasted just enough to give it a little crunch while holding everything together. Every bite was a perfect balance of rich, beefy goodness and fresh ingredients. And don’t even get me started on the fries! Perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and just the right amount of salt. I could have eaten an entire tray of them on my own.

Then there’s the milkshake. Oh. My. God. I got the chocolate shake, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had—thick, creamy, and packed with real chocolate flavor. None of that artificial, syrupy taste, just pure, rich chocolatey perfection. It was the kind of shake that makes you stop mid-sip just to appreciate how good it is.

But what really made this experience next-level was the service. The staff were not just friendly, they were genuinely welcoming and seemed like they actually cared about making our visit great. And the best part? One of the workers surprised us with a free coupon for our next visit! I don’t know if it was just good luck or if they do this often, but it made our day. Super Deluxe discreetly snuck in to the Bend scene, I noticed the construction a while back and have been low key keeping an eye out... Didn't really see any big announcements or GRAND OPENING signs just a not so bright slowly flashing open sign. Quick Google search lead to the Super Deluxe website touting some SP Provisions as if I should know what that means and they had already sold me with good looking cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches! So packed up the family and headed down to see what's so Super... 1 single plain & dry, 1 Super Deluxe Single, 1 Super Deluxe Double and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, drinks, fries all that Jazz. While we waited we thoroughly enjoyed some early 90's roller skate rink music (think return of the mac). Our food came out in more than reasonable time for tge amount of business but the music was so loud I almost didn't hear them call my order. Food was hot and freshly made, the burgers looked great, the fries were hot but a little flaccid and cooled down quickly, the chicken sandwich didn't quite live up to the picture but it was a real piece of chicken and it was cooked well, the spicy sauce had just the right length of burn but I was disappointed every time I looked over and seen a burger! Family said the burgers were "good" and there was nothing left so it must not have sucked! Will definitely give them a shot...

Absolute worst fast food restaurant I've ever had in my 41yrs living in the current life I'm in now. Seriously I don't know how they've stayed open for business this long with horrible tasting burgers and frozen microwaved breakfast sandwiches that I'm pretty sure we're Jimmy Dean frozen ones like you buy at Safeway or Walmart. I know my shit when it comes to food and I'm 99.9% sure the breakfast sandwiches are not made fresh but frozen and microwaved and they aren't even trying to hide it when you can see the employee put the sandwich in the microwave to cook and then take it out wrap it in super deluxe wrap and serve it like it was made from scratch. Even the milk shakes are just sub-par and that's being generous cause the watered down, non tasting drink they called a milk shake was not like any other one I've experienced. And too top it off the service is like a 4 or 5 out of 10 with the employees just standing around making customers wait for no reason and then be rude when taking your order like it's an inconvenience to do your job don't worry it won't happen again cause I will never come back under any...
