I ordered business cards online to be printed at the Bend Location. When I got there to pick them up, I spoke with 2 people in the Print center and after UPGRADING to the "Glossy" cards for an additional charge and less amount then the "matte", I quickly realized that they werent "glossy" at all. I then told the girl behind the counter. She said that was a matter of my 'opinion". HA! Ive been getting business cards for over 10 years. I know what Glossy means. (They dont tell you that its a lower quality paper). Then after careful inspection of the cards, I noticed that my PDF proof and the cards that were printed, were two different FONTS. I then explained that to her. She made me go home, to send the new ones in, but then I would be Charged AGAIN! i called the manager and explained this to her. She seemed apologetic but all in all, she didnt call me back that day like she said to REFUND my money and she still hasnt called me back so I could send in my order to have them printed "same day" as suggested on the website. Horrible customer service. You know I ran a Walgreens before.. and we never treated customers like this. Still waiting...
Read moreI am absolutely fed up with the printing department. I had some wedding invitations made and that went well. Then, I had another project. It didn't go so well. The manager/clerk (Jen) was kind and acted like she was "all over it" but she was not. I kept returning to check on the status of my order, and she was full of excuses. She was sick, busy, etc. It took nearly a month to get some labels printed. Then, I wanted a board made for our wedding. I wanted it to match everything else. So I gave her the opportunity to redeem herself. Shame on me. A month later, mind you I have dropped in or contacted her every week, and still no product. Not even a rough draft. She assured me she would send me a copy. She says " oh I'm sorry, I was sick. " or "oh, you didn't get it? I sent it to you." I'm working on it at home so I don't have a copy here.... blah blah blah. I'm over. It. I will take my...
Read moreI went in to buy an office chair. The inventory was wrong so all they had was the floor model. I did not want to make another trip from Redmond, so I offered to buy the floor model. I was told that the mesh seats rip easily so I should buy a warranty. The chair comes with a manufacturers warranty of 7 years. I was told the mfc warranty only covers setup. They said I could buy the floor model if I paid for assembly and purchased the store warranty - $19.99 ea. I would think if you were purchasing a floor model you would get a discount and not be strong armed into purchasing the store warranty. I opted to have them order another chair and assemble it. They gave me the online price, which was cheaper than the store price. I still had to pay for assembly but not a store warranty. I will have to go back and pick it up. Was very unhappy that they tried to force my to pay for a...
