I would like to start off by saying that I normally never leave bad reviews for any establishment. I do my very best to keep things in perspective and not pass blame on people who are just trying to do their job, but this was an experience unlike any other that I have had in a long time. I had put in an online order to try and keep from standing in line during the lunch hour rush. I had arrived at panda express a couple minutes before the estimated pick up time, so I knew my food would not be ready yet. I checked in at the register and told the cashier I had put in an online order, to which she replied that they had not received the order in their system yet. So I looked at my receipt to confirm I was at the right location, which I was. No big deal, I understand that technical issues can happen. They had a long line, and were very busy, so I didn't mind waiting until they received my order. 20 minutes pass by before I inquire about my online order, to which the cashier says she still hasn't received my order and asks to see the receipt. I oblige and show her my order, and ask if it would be possible to just it together really quick and hand it to me, since I have already paid for it. She responds with no and tells me I need to contact tech support. No problem, I understand she just wants to cover herself and not get in trouble. I call tech support and they say that it shows my order has been received, and completed. Confused about this, I confirm the location again, and I am in the correct place. He asks to speak to the cashier, so I hand the phone to her (which she acted very irritated by) and she has a few brief words with tech support. I get the phone back and he apologizes, saying they will make the food right away. Another 20 minutes goes by, so at this point, people who had gotten there after me have already received their food, eaten, and left. It was still decently busy there, but had slowed down a lot. I'm still waiting for my food, so the cashier finally writes down what I ordered, puts it in a to go carton, and hands it to me.

Read moreWe went there for a late evening order. Everything else was closed due to the air quality with the recent fires. The line moved at a good pace and exterior of building looked clean. Lobby was closed due to air quality and Covid.
Upon getting to the menu area we haven’t been here in YEARS with good reason but we figured to give this one a try, we started reading it over. The woman taking orders at the drive through was rude and pushy. I eventually had to get a little pointed with her and tell her “we haven’t been here in several years. Please give us a moment.” Then when I did proceed to order, she huffed about me asking questions to what we could order within their system (example 2 sides instead of 2 entrees). She began cutting me off while I was talking trying to push me along. Had to step it up and tell her that she needed to stop trying to talk over me while I give her my order or while I’m attempting to ask questions. She finally leveled out and took the rest of the order. $16.00 for two “plates”.
The rest of the experience wasn’t anything to write home about (they did at least get the order right). Forks were dropped into the bottom of the bag under all the food and touching fortune cookies that were handled by employees without gloves (why not use tongs? Yea know... touchless... Covid... Sanitation... etc?)
My husband and I both didn’t fare well after eating there so we know we are crossing this Panda off our list. For the money spent we could have gotten P.F. Chang’s via frozen bags at Safeway for less and cooked it ourselves. A better quality meal with better portions and minus the attitude/rudeness by the drive through taker. Not to mention unsanitary conditions and getting sick from the food that night and the next morning.
Avoid this Panda Express unless your into possibly getting sick/ill/Covid/or just annoyed from...
Read more7 items were completely empty, several others half full. They told me 10 minutes and we can get you the string bean and black pepper chicken. At 8 PM on Wednesday, July 9th, 2025, After 32 minutes and the 1 cook making multiple items, several that were half full still I told them to throw mine out. After 32 minutes I'm sure the rice was great. No apologies, no we will get you order right now ..total lack of customer service, rude staff. If you say 10 minutes, after a half hour get your manager out here . The cook went on break and ate about a 3 portion size of 2 of them things he made while I and 2 other customers waited. It would of been faster to drive to Redmond. - 50 for customer service, timing of orders, and lies told to customers. I see this one closing down soon, last time I came here there were several people waiting on their orders also. I guess the 100k plus a year manager and 80k assistant managers can't cook or hire enough staff at minimum wage to cover the work load. So if they tell you 10 minutes, expect 30 plus, and if the cook with the long hair , with bleach spots and beard is working...expect him to cook his food for his break first and you , the customer can wait 45 plus minutes. The one manager who came back to the store with to go containers, didn't say a work when I said "throw my food that's been waiting for 32 minutes for an item you said was 1"0 minutes" and I'm not waiting any longer. No apologies, no nothing. I guess he needs 200k a year to know how to be a manager at a customer...
