Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Bensalem Township

Need to update my review. This place used to be great. I can't say the same anymore.

From missing items to using the drive thru, only to be told to pull up out front, and then to have items missing and having to walk inside anyway, it's ridiculous. I should have just used carry out option. At least I would already be in there to grab the items that they surely forgot.

One time, they actually gave me my food at the window (shocked) and I started to check the bags, an employee out front (yelled) told me to pull up and check orders, I declined. I shouldn't and never used to have to check my order for accuracy but this place has slipped so much, I need to check orders and I will definitely check while at the window because I have no faith that it will be correct. I should never have to go inside if using the drive thru which I do because I have a car full of kids.

I have also used catering from this location and the last 2 times were not great. Food wasn't fresh and I had to wait even after reserving a specific pick up time

Side note, the portions are definitely smaller with regard to the chicken sandwich. Very small filet.

Please bring the old owner/managers back from before. This new team is terrible.

By the way, I have spoken with staff and corporate with no improvement. They must not care

This Chick Fila is becoming more and more like the other fast food restaurants that they once set...

Went through the drive-thru last night n it was my first time haven Chick-fil-A the grounds n my view through the window of my car looking inside this place is super super clean however I think it was just built not to long along the drive-thru was packed but I was VERY SHOCKED how FAST I got in and out n my food was done soon as I got to the pickup window staff was very friendly n helpful so now lets get to the food let's just say BEST FAST FOOD CHICKIN I have ever tasted so far I got there regular chicken sandwich but I got deluxe one only thing I saw wrong with it was I had to add Mayo to it when I got home because they don't put anything on it however that is a good thing in a way because you can add your own stuff I was VERY SHOCKED how REAL the chicken tasted n how GOOD it was there buns are INCREDIBLE and as for the waffle fries MMM is all I Can say there mac n cheese is some of the BEST I've tasted FROM ANYWHERE EVER !! Was very very VERY PLEASED and VERY SATISFIED with my trip here last night will be returning VERY SOON only giving them four out of five stars I would give five but I'm basing this off first time going here and first impression will go two more times and then change my star rating for this one...

Update* this place is going very down hill. I started getting my right order(view review below) but now they just don't greet or respond to you for Minutes when you pull up, and theres no excuse becuase there is not one car at the window and theres like 10 employees on shift. There's been a few times well after their open they even leave the poles outfront the drive thru lane as if their closed. Yet they were not closed. Today I got frustrated with this and rush them through their thousand questions they ask when you order and all of a sudden... I get the wrong item from the same person who is the only one whose always done it when she takes my order. Truly felt like she did it on purpose to be petty because she didn't like my reaction to then not doing a good job. Like seriously it really sucks when u have to wait for someone to answer at a fast food place, you pull up to the window nobody is helping another customer And you see 2 or a group of girls chit chatting and everybody else staring at there phone.* They really need to educate some of their employees on different food items.
