Buying an engagement ring can be a very daunting experience. After meeting with several jewelers, I found Zalman’s Treasures, a family-owned local business. What separated Zalman’s from the other jewelry stores I visited was the personal attention I received. When I first walked in I was immediately greeted by Brian, the owner of the store. Brian took the time to listen to and understand exactly what I was looking for in an engagement ring. He was personable, friendly, and even went so far as to educate me on what to look for when shopping for an engagement ring. His advice was invaluable, and his knowledge was extensive. Zalman’s Treasures has many beautiful engagement rings. However, when I didn’t see what I had been envisioning for the ring Brian and his team offered to make a custom ring that fit my specifications. What I received was a custom ring that was beautifully crafted and exactly what I was hoping for. From start to finish my experience with the team at Zalman’s Treasures was great. Brian, Anneke, Soshka, and Raizel really made me feel like I was part of the family, rather than a customer. Brian even texted me a few days after I told him I would be proposing and asked me how it went! Brian and his family are AMAZING!! I came to him because I heard he was the best and he did not disappoint!! My fiance and I fell in love with an antique ring and wanted to get it remade. I showed it to Brian and asked him if he could recreate it, and he said it wouldn't be a problem, even though the design was very detailed with filigree. He helped us choose the diamond, and found us an incredible stone and then he worked with us to design the CAD into an absolutely stunning replica of the ring I had fallen in love with. I ended up actually loving Brian's ring EVEN MORE than the original!! It's absolutely STUNNING work and I now have a family heirloom to pass down. Brian was amazing to work with! He was very quick to respond and was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I'm so glad I get the ring of my dreams and definitely recommend him. He's an incredible jeweler, so if you see something antique or want something custom made, Brian and his team can definitely make what your looking for! I walked into Zalman's about a month ago with a custom necklace and pendant I had envisioned for years. I originally took the idea to another local jeweler who quoted me an obscene price that I knew was more than I should be paying. Zalman's not only quoted me a fair price but they made sure I was 100% satisfied with the piece before letting me walk out of the store with it. The chain I had originally picked out was just a bit longer than what I had envisioned for where the pendant would sit on my chest, and the other options available were just a tad too short. They took the extra step to shorten the chain by just a half inch or so to ensure it was exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be any happier. Side note: I was also very pleased with the cleanliness of the store. The showroom was spotless and masks were required for all guests due to the current pandemic. They truly take pride in not only customer satisfaction, but the health and safety of their customers as well. I can say without hesitation I will be returning for an engagement ring...
