Wingstop — Restaurant in Berlin Township

Arrived around 5:15 on a Tuesday night. One person in front of us at the register ordering take out. We ordered next, a couple of 6 piece boneless wing meals with various sauces and fries, a 10 piece boneless wings meal, a 15 piece bone-in meal with Louisiana rub on them and various sauces on the side, large voodoo fries and Cajun fried corn. The meals came with drinks and ranch dipping sauce. $75 seemed a little steep to me. We were quoted 18 minutes until our takeout order was ready but left the building 25 minutes later with no apologies and not even a good bye. Once home, we unpacked the bags to find no ranch sauce for any meal and my corn was missing. I looked up the phone number to call them and an automated message said the phone was not set up to take calls. So there's really no way to speak with anyone about an issue unless you drive back to the location, which I was unable to do. The boneless wings were average and I did not like the fries at all. They were not crispy and were tasteless. I did take the survey that the cashier asked me to take on the receipt, and mentioned my issues there. I have not heard back in any way, shape or form regarding my complaint, and I guess I never will. We will not...

Me and my husband stop at wing stop on Saturday here is Berlin township. We waited over 20 min for our food and was still missing food. We ordered 8 wings Parmesan and 8 wings bbq, 4 chicken tenders, also ordered corn. Our fries was ice cold by the time we finally got our food. Service was rude they made it seem like it was our fault and not there’s. By the time we got our wings and corn we saw that the chicken tenders are missing so we told the guy that works there and he seemed so annoyed that we ask for the food we paid for. The wait was the most ridiculous, 20 min for some wings? Never ever again will we eat there and we will make sure that our friends don’t stop there either. Also the woman’s and men’s bathroom had no soap and no paper towels, we had to use toilet paper to at least dry our hands after rinsing them with just water after eating sticky wings, we also could not find a trash can outside in the eating area to trow away our trash, what a sad experience .There was food missing from almost every customer that came after us. This place is a waist of time and the service is very rude. I will never waist a single dollar over...

Amazingly bad experience. I've been burned a lot by this Wingstop before, but this one almost felt personal and I had to share 😭

This place is always running 20-30 minutes behind, so I always order ahead of time. Any time I come near my pickup time, I'm waiting 20 minutes anyway. So I place an order for 5:30 and show up around 5:50. When I get there, they take my name, don't see an order, and then forget about me. After the cashier finishes and notices me waiting 5 minutes, she asks what I'm waiting for, and we find out my order isn't there.

The manager comes to explain to me my order was given to another customer, that they were going to make my order fresh, and round my 14 tenders to 20 to make up for the long wait. Cool, stuff happens. Bit of a wait, but I get my fresh tenders right from the manager and get home to find... 14 tenders in the bag after all. Got me out the door quiet but here I am still burned 😭

Oh, and did I mention? I've never seen so many employees at this Wingstop. Someone on a laptop, looked like a few bosses with them. Just a real lack of care...
