Hollister Co. — Local services in Bethel Park

Racist behaviour. The young lady who says she's manager here behaves like a stubborn kid. Worst customer service, I've ever seen. My daughter bought a shirt here for her father as father's day gift. I rinsed it once so that he could wear it, but the shirt shrunk 2 sizes smaller before he could even wear it. When I went to return, I was told it cannot be returned, then to stand aside, donate the shirt, contact customer care etc etc... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. They sell cheap material and why do we have to lose our money? Replace or return isn't it?

Edit: they just upgraded the store during the whole shutdown from Corona virus and it looks amazing! Can't believe how much bigger and brighter it looks, but the entrance is also so chic!
