Worst experience of my life (with movie theaters obviously). I'm upset I can't give them no stars but I'll continue. My group of 5 arrive for the 3d 12:10 viewing of Solo, we get there at 11:55, so we had plenty of time for snacks. What do we discover as reach the doors? A couple on a date waiting at the doors. As soon as the young lady notices us, you could hear the distress in her voice as she tells us the doors are locked. She and her boyfriend bought tickets online for a 1130 showing, showed up at 11:40 and found the doors locked, there was a employee staring at them ignoring them. Even though they ALREADY PAID FOR THEIR TICKETS they were kept out for 15 mins until we arrived, we proceeded to wait another 10 with this customer until another customer came out to which we were able to enter. We checked to see if we could purchase our tickets at the electronic stands and we couldn't find the showings for the Solo showing even though we checked ahead and knew it was there. So we went up to the top and talked to the ticket guy. He said there was no showing for Solo without any further explanation (a lie I know it was there) which means they didn't sell enough and canceled it? I dont know, but a complete waste of time absolutely disgusting customer service. I won't...
Read moreWOW!!! What a great 1st time experience! As soon as you walk in there are tons of pictures and life sized signs to show you what was playing. There is a huge arcade on the bottom level of the building. Their are about 16 small theaters. The size makes it very cozy. There are high back leather electric reclining chairs. Each chair had folding trays to eat on. Upstairs there is a full service bar and there are real food items like hot dogs, Angus burgers, chicken sandwiches and onion rings! The small size of the theaters made it intimate and relaxing to the point where you almost could fall asleep because the chairs felt so good. The staff was courteous and noticeable security was around which was a plus since I went to a midnight show. The only downside: is although there is a lot of parking, one side of the parking lot has scattered lighting and that side of the building is dark. I will say though, their were security guys parked way down at the bottom of the lot...they should probably move up closer to where the majority of the cars were. Other than that, it was a fun evening out. I would highly recommend...
