I was utterly disappointed and disgusted during my visit to this establishment. This was my second time here, and once again, I found it to be unacceptably dirty.

The first incident occurred when I noticed water or grease overflowing from a trap above the noodles and spilling into the food. I canceled my order that time. Tonight, things were no better. I arrived about an hour and 10 minutes before closing, only to find employees cleaning in a highly inappropriate manner. One employee was sweeping right at my feet with no regard for the customers around them. But what truly shocked me was when I looked up and saw another employee standing on the stove—yes, standing—wearing Crocs, which she had likely been wearing all day.

To make matters worse, she was standing on the stove where food is supposed to be cooked, spraying and cleaning the walls with cleaning chemicals. When I brought this up with the manager, I was told the employee cleaning had stopped, and the cooking was now happening “on the other side.” However, the cooking and cleaning areas were less than a foot apart! It’s great that they’re cleaning, but this was absolutely the wrong time and method. Cleaning with chemicals near open food is completely unacceptable.

And the shoes on the stove? That was the final straw for me. It’s unsanitary—period. Even if they wiped it down afterward, it’s still unacceptable. At the very least, employees should wear protective covers if they’re going to step on food preparation equipment.

Additionally, I noticed a complete lack of hair nets. The lack of basic food safety and hygiene practices was just gross. I will not be returning to...

DO NOT EAT HERE!! My fiancé and I went to separate places to dine, I went to the Panera bread, and my friend picked up at honeygrow. My friend decided to make his name for the order something lots of immature males do, (unfortunately) and made the order name “penis balls”. The workers were quite upset with him and said they could press chargers for sexual harassment. My fiancé recounted that he just laughed due to the extreme reaction, and proceeded to wait for his food. He texted me what was happening, I immediately came over to get a grasp of the situation. I saw the woman on register give me a weird smile when i walked up to him (could be reading too deep, but didn’t sit right with me, before he even ate the food). We both joined together and ate our meals. After eating around half of the container of his order he suddenly felt ill. He threw up a ton, lost balance, said he had double vision, and almost passed out. After throwing up what seemed to be all of his insides, I made him drink some water and he said after throwing it up he felt a lot better. After that negative experience with the employees I am highly suspicious of something being put in his food, although i cannot verify this to be true from a medical standpoint, likely rat poison or something similar. The company is very lucky that he has decided against taking any legal action due to lack of time. Both us and our families will be refusing to dine there from this point on due to this suspension. Side bit we have eaten here before and he orders the same thing every time without feeling i’ll to rule...

MAIN POINT IS THIS, If you have people in your party who are vegan, or gluten free, along with meat eaters and are thinking "wow this place can accommodate all of us" Just know, it can't. And should not be trusted to do so. If you have an allergy to a single item on the menu, please, do not take the risk of eating here. They do not have their act together and cannot be trusted to save you from an allergic reaction.

Anyway, So this happened in the winter, I didn't write a review then but looking at some of the other issues people had looking at reviews today i though i should. I, like others, ordered a tofu stir fry and there was beef mixed in with the tofu. This is beyond unacceptable and extremely disgusting for a vegan like myself. What a joke this place is. They label things on the menu as vegan, or gluten free. What a lie that is, if this place can't handle their issues with cross contamination then nothing on the menu is vegan, gluten free, or free of any specific allergens.

I will never. In my life. Go back to this trash restaurant. I won't go to any locations period. I can't trust them to not put meat in my supposedly vegan food.
