My experience with Frankie has been nothing but excellent. Frankie was very pleasant to talk to and provided me with detailed information and attentive care during the consultation and facial that I have had with her. I was very impressed with her knowledge and she gave me thorough and effective answers to any questions that I asked. She really made me feel comfortable. Frankie has also significantly assisted me in refining my product routine, addressing my skin concerns, and creating an effective path going forward, which is something I greatly appreciate. I have had a few negative experiences with dermatologists and other professionals who were rather dismissive, so it was very encouraging to meet with someone who really listened to what I had to say and offered me personalized professional advice, as opposed to others who I felt made up their minds on what they were going to tell me before I even walked in the door. I also felt the price of the appointment was fair and affordable, especially when compared to the prices of others in her field. She also was kind enough to include samples with my appointment which only further increased the appointment's value. I recently had a facial with Frankie and look forward to my next appointment! As a typical man who uses bar soap to wash my face and have a build up of black heads I was a little apprehensive going in.

Frankie immediately put me at ease and discussed my current face washing / shaving methods. I really like how we talked about my goals for the the future as well as this appointment. That had not been the case with previous Estheticians. I knew I had a build up of black heads but Frankie provided a thorough examination of my face and discussed her suggested plan for improvement.

Once the treatment began Frankie applied the various cleansers, exfoliants and creams to my face, neck and forehead. Her touch is magical and I never felt uneasy with her treatment - even the black head extraction was great! She provided me guidance on products to use as well as gave me samples of the same without a sales pitch to buy from her. Her facial massage was heavenly and really relaxing.

I’d been looking for a licensed esthetician in the tristate area to give my skin some well deserved attention. I read some reviews but Frankie had such high praise, I figured I’d give her a shot! I’m so happy, thank, grateful and blessed I did!

Her studio is inside the Sola Salon Studios in the Brandywine Shopping Center. When you enter the business you go to your right and she’s near the rear. Her business name is displayed above her suite.

The studio is very private, clean, beautiful and welcoming. Frankie is drop dead GORGEOUS and has a GREAT PERSONALITY! She asked me a few question about my skin and got down too business. This was my 1st facial so I wasn’t ready for the skin extraction but Frankie is very professional so she prepared me for the process.

Frankie gave name a fabulous facial, face and neck massage which I really appreciate. I really enjoyed her knowledge and passion for skin care. I purchased an exfoliate since she has aftercare skin products. I’m looking forward to trying Frankie’s own skin care products soon as well...
