My husband and I have never owned new furniture (23yrs married) it was going to be a large purchase we had went to at least 10 other furniture stores before we came to Johnny janosik world of furniture store, upon entering the store I was greeted by a nice sales consultant named Judy Wagner I felt as if I was immediately put at ease with her genuine interest to help me in my purchase of our first brand new sofa and loveseat😀 she never at any time high pressured me to buy anything it was amazing she genuinely wanted to help me I also had the pleasure of meeting Adam Stone Judy Wagner's sales manager who was equally diligent to make sure I was receiving the highest excellence in customer service i was so impressed with my visit on this day because it was unlike any other visit I ever had to any other store!!! Both Judy and Adam sat down with me to make sure the purchase I was about to make I was going to be fully satisfied with they explained everything very well and were very knowledgeable and they answered all my questions and concerns, I then proceeded to make my first purchase a brand new furniture for our home😀 it was delivered on the day it was promised by two amazingly friendly and efficient delivery men you'll have to forgive me I cannot remember their names they handled themselves in a very capable professional manner and they also shared and our joy of receiving or new furniture😀 I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase Furniture to visit Johnny janosik world of furniture😀 the first members of our family to sit on our new furniture I have posted...

I highly recommend working with Grace, one of the designers at Johnny Janosik. I have know her for 3 years and she has designed every single room in my house! I first came to her when we were moving into our new home and she suggested the best layouts for my rooms and is so creative. She even helped me pick out paint colors for the walls that would compliment my new furniture. Most recently we worked together to pick out the furniture and design the layout for my new deck. I could not have done it without her. She worked with me remotely via web conferencing and face-to-face in the store while finalizing my choices. Using her knowledge of our style and material choices, she makes the best recommendations and everything looks so great. Our furniture just showed up today and I’m so obsessed with it. My husband and I have been planning to build this deck for 3 years now and Grace has helped us bring our dream true. Well what a let down from when we were there when it first opened. I'll start with the salesperson who had 2 years of time at the store was clueless. Every answer to any of my wife's questions were guessed. So the other day we stopped at the store to buy a recliner for my wife. We made the mistake of working with a salesperson because when you do that nobody else will help you. So on the return trip the salesperson was working with another customer so we were made to wait while no less then 4 other sales people walked by us going in and out of what appeared to be a break room. Then a Manager walked by with a Keurig coffee maker and said look what I found to another employee. Another large balding sales person came over and told us we needed to wait our sales person was still busy. At this point its been about 20 minutes and after a brief unpleasant exchange with the fat guy I'd had about enough. As we walked over to the customer service desk we dumped the fabric samples we borrowed the other day my wife interrupted the lady standing there doing nothing to accept the returned swatches.
