Walgreens Pharmacy — Local services in Bethel Township

If I could give no stars it would be the Pharmacy here.The worst pharmacy experience ever and I was thinking maybe the first time was a misunderstanding No so I go to pick up two prescription which the two medication go together and have to be taking together well the young man stated they was out of the medication come back on Monday which is Labor Day I said Monday we don't have any left but I called these medications in on August 26,2025 in the morning and Today is Saturday August 30 and they need to be taking together Every day for Seizures let ask somebody else well the Asian Pharmacist comes with one prescription and fill's it asked him about the other prescription he just was lost after I spoke to him from the start about the two prescriptions so I said I will get back in line cause you really don't know what you doing so long is super long but it's fine it can give me time to calm down yeah right what a waste of time so now the older looking lady who works there I explain it to her and she was acting like she looked it up said I had no refills which is a lie cause the young man would of said that but long story short you will have to call your doctor for a refill I said I have a refill cause they need to be tooling together well I get home look for the pill bottle and what I have one refill so now I have to go way back up there waste my gas cause they are to lazy to due there job right and if they don't know what they are doing I would respect you if you don't know but this was the most simplest job but they are the rude to the max but I'm going to speak with o someone else cause it's always a problem here and I'm really at the end with this pharmacy so on Tuesday morning I'm going some where I never should of started with them but it was close to my home what a waste of your time Now I go in there over the weekend for a prescription which I always get it filled here but Patti tells me that I need to go to Concord pike Walgreens cause they have it so I stated why would they have it when last month I got it here and the month before which was a total lie she told me cause I reached out to the doctor today to see what Walgreens had the prescription he called in he stated the one at Brammar Plaza Walgreens which I already know so I call there and Patti picks up the phone so I explain to her what the doctor stated the lie she told me was the doctor just called it in just now...

I have gone here for YEARS. every month. never had a single issue ever. Last month they messed up and filled a partial for me, but messed something up when they put it in the system. I went back when they told me to come back. And I get the WORST most disrespectful attitude from the lady at the window. SHE shrugged her shoulders, told me don't yell at her (I wasn't) and then ended up giving me 2 days worth of my meds. I got 3 days worth on the 6th and was told to come back the 9th for the rest. That was all fine. But when i get there on the 9th, the first thing she did was LIE to my FACE and tell me they are out of stock. Well thats what I was told on the 6th. So, thats weird. Then she says I need to call my dr. Maam its 930pm. i just got off working 14 hours. So after a breif discussion she said she'd call my Dr tomorrow, and that I can no longer get my meds from the pharmacy that I've gone to incident free for years. because of HER mistake. totally unacceptable. I work in customer service, and we would NEVER..EVER treat a customer in this way. You made a mistake. fix it and be accountable period. And don't ever shrug your shoulders or tell someone how they should feel about YOU risking their health and sobriety because you don't want to be accountable. And DEFINITELY don't LIE to the customers face and treat them like they are stupid or a junkie. I am a decade sober thank you. I'll gladly take my $600 a month prescription to a competitor. This Walgreens pharmacy and the staff has the worst attitude ever. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt for years but last week was the last straw for me. I have been getting the same prescription for years. Every single time I needed a refill there was always an issue with this medicine In particular which was testosterone. Every time I interact with them they make me super uncomfortable and always make me feel like a problem. They always told me it was on back order or they never had it. Now this last week they tried to lie and tell me their policy had changed and they were trying give me less of my prescription and wanting me to pay more when that’s not even how my doctor wrote the script. They think they can do whatever they want. Something told me to get a whole new script and send it off to another Walgreens and lo and behold they did it for me without any issues. I know for a fact this Walgreens gives people issues on purpose because they are miserable. Been with them since 2016 and finally had to make the switch after one pharmacist also told me “I should talk to my doctor about my medicine that I’ve been on for 3 years trying to be rude.
