This restaurant has mostly the usual Chinese dishes on the menu, but with a smattering of Malaysian, Thai, and Vietnamese dishes as well. I've been intrigued by the menu for a while and figured I should try them for something other than common Chinese fare. So I stopped by for lunch and ordered the Indian mee goreng from the lunch menu. What I noticed is although their lunch specials cost more than other Chinese places, they do throw in a few extras. For example, crab rangoons and soup are included. The mee goreng itself though wasn't terribly authentic, judging by Malaysian standards, but that's just one dish so I may revise my assessment when I return to try other items from the menu.
Food aside, service was decent and polite, and the pacing was appropriate. However, they seemed a bit secretive or guarded about the WiFi password. (The cashier insisted on entering it herself on my phone rather than telling me outright what it was.) Parking was abundant at lunchtime since the strip mall, at least this portion of it, has a fairly large shared...
Read moreWe ordered 3 entrees and an app last night. First we were surprised to see they only gave us one rice, even though 2 of our meals came with rice. We called to ask, they were quite rude and said they combined the rice into one container. I thought that was weird to assume we would be ok with 1 shared container, considering we ordered 2 separate entrees so would also like our side to be separate. I have never ordered 2 entrees from a restaurant and had the side be combined to the same container. The chicken & broccoli was gross. My son said the chicken looked like worms (it definitely did!) The broccoli tasted like soap. Their portions are also small compared to other local Chinese restaurants. Every time I’ve ordered spring rolls from other places it comes with 2, this place only gives 1. It also contained shrimp, which it does not say on the menu, careful if you have an allergy!! There are so many other better Chinese takeouts in the area, we will definitely...
Read moreHave to update my review after several years. We have been dining and getting their takeout for 5 years now. Quality of the dine in food much better than takeout. If there is one complaint it is They consistently get takeout orders wrong. The takeout food is plain and rather bland. They used to change up the fresh vegetable blends In Their stirfrys, which was nice, but not anymore. This past week, I placed an $85 takeout order with 4 entrees and they only gave us 1 box of white rice. They keep raising their prices almost every month. Wish there were better takeout options in the area, but sadly this is about the best it gets.
