Overall, probably the worst anytime fitness I've been to. A lot of the equipment is old and most or my rest time was spent there trying to locate the correct plates. I had to walk from the only squat rack in the gym to the Smith machine to get different plates. Also, no bumper plates. There are a lot of signs posted around the place threatening to add fees or revoke membership for stupid things. Adjust the thermostat = revoke membership. Not racking weights when done = $15 fee. Um, OK. Seems excessive for things I wasn't planning on doing anyway. The treadmills are pretty outdated. Maybe I've just been spoiled by my hometown anytime fitness that had the basics that every gym should have. More than one squat rack, preferably a power rack or at least something you can push press in. Bumper plates to do some Olympic lifting or even some barbell rows without making a ton of noise. The only bench set up for bench press is the most narrow bench I've ever used. It was very hard to keep myself centered. Maybe I should have brought chalk? I don't like using chalk because usually I don't have to because the equipment should be...
Read moreDefinitely a cool joint. I've been working out in gyms most of my life, from the Bronx to Philly to Delaware. I know what I like and I know what I don't like. I definitely love the fact their dumbbells go up to 160. I like to powerlift, so that's perfect for me. They have a few Bumper Plates the trainers use. Their main guy Shaw let me use them. I told him to get a few more of the Bumper Plates cause guys like me love them. He said no problem and ordered them right then. Lady in the office was nice. Asked me a lot of questions. Another trainer worked me out a little, gave me some good tips too. I got to say that was new for me. Most office folks just want the money lol and a lot of trainers I find unimpressive. These guys know their stuff though. The members were cool. Nobody got salty when you wanted to work in. Everyone was chill with each other. I'm a definitely come back. I'm recommending it to my...
Read moreThe staff and manager Anthony are friendly but for the price they charge there are alot of better options (Crunch, Plantet) in the area for alot less. They will raise your monthly or bi-weekly rate without informing you and when you ask the answer to me anyway was "the owner thought you werent paying enough". Only advantage of this gym is if your using it in the overnight hours. The equipment is often broken and its not very clean inside. Bathrooms/showers are not cleaned often which was not always the case. This gym really went downhill from when I first started there. After 3 years of going here I was glad to see other gyms opening in the area so I...
