âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ As someone who has had the privilege of working closely with this shop recently, Iâve developed a deep appreciation for SITALY-TO-GO's unique charm and dedication to its loyal customers. The quality of the pizza and other offerings speaks to a genuine passion for the craft, and itâs clear that this locally owned business holds a cherished place in the community.
Food: The pizza is consistently flavorful and expertly crafted, setting it apart from the competition. The entrees cater to a variety of tastes and never fail to satisfy. The straightforward beverage selection keeps things simple and focused, while the sweet desserts provide the perfect balance to the savory main dishes. Itâs the kind of quality that keeps loyal customers coming back time and again.
Service: Service can vary depending on the time of visit. While the staff work diligently to meet demand, peak hoursâparticularly Fridaysâoften result in delays. That said, the dedication to serving loyal customers shines through and reflects the shopâs commitment to its community.
Atmosphere: The shop exudes a nostalgic, old-school vibe that regulars truly appreciate. However, the high-pressure environment during busy times can affect the overall atmosphere. With a few adjustments, the shop could become even more welcoming without losing its traditional charm.
What truly sets this shop apart is its authenticity and the strong sense of connection it fosters with its regulars. Itâs rare to find a place that balances tradition and personality so memorably. While no business is without its challenges, the shopâs strengths far outweigh its shortcomings. With small refinements, the experience could be elevated even further.
This shop remains a gem in the community, and I look forward to seeing how it continues to evolve and thrive while staying true to its roots.

Read moreIt's really a shame because their food is so good. But too many bad experiences. A couple months ago we placed a large order, as we usually do (we always spend 50 to 60 dollars). It said it would arrive within an hour and a half. When it didn't I waited an extra 10 minutes and then called. They said if it isn't here in 5 min call back. I called back. They said they're on their way and will be there any minute. 10 mins goes by. No one is there. I call again. I sit on hold for 5 min. They come back and say "your food was delivered". I said I'm standing at my door there is no food here. She says "ok sorry we will just refund you". So after waiting 2 hours for takeout that never showed it was too late to order from somewhere else. Fast forward to tonight when we decide to give them another chance. Our food comes and we are missing garlic knots and the salads are brown. I wouldn't have called if it was just the salads, but I'm not paying for garlic knots that did not get delivered to me. So I called to ask for a refund and let her know about the salads as well. I mean would you eat brown salad? She asks for my name and says "you call here a lot, don't ya?". I was so taken aback. I told her I decided to give them a second chance after our terrible experience last time. She said she would have new salads and garlic knots sent to my house within 20 to 30 min. I really don't care at this point - but it's what she said about me calling a lot that was so incredibly rude after what they did to us last time. I found that incredibly disrespectful and nasty. Then they never even came anyway. Why even tell me you're going to come with replacement food if you don't plan on showing up with anything. Do yourself a favor, just order from the original Sitaly and drive and pick it up. Not worth giving Sitaly To Go one penny...
Read moreFood was decent not great, but the manager, Anthony, made my experience pretty bad and itâll probably the last time ordering from this place. I ordered on UberEats and didnât receive my meatballs or sausage. I called and was told to contact UberEats. They only offered a partial refund. I called the store cause I just wanted the food to be delivered if possible. Anthony was rude and literally screaming at me over the phone and hung up on me. When I called back again to ask for the owner I dealt with Katelyn who was the one to answer every time I called, and she was great and offered to bring me the food. She brought it and apologized. Management should learn from their employees,( katelyn, you rock )because if not for her Iâd give this place one star on every platform be a use of the way they dealt with it...
