Walgreens — Local services in Bethel Township

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible and some of the pharmacist have terrible attitudes! I tried to use them for a medication my main pharmacy no longer carries. I made sure my PCP contacted them, I communicated with them to make sure this medication was available, just trying to make the transition easier. I called and got a date when this medication would be available. Called to check before I go to pick it up and my medication was given away and now I have to wait another few days for this to be available again. The fact that this medication has to be taken on the same days so not to get side effects and I communicated well in advance for this medication to be available only to be told by a pharmacist that well we have other patients so you got pushed to the back of the line and proceeded to hang up on me. That was so unprofessional and empathetic! I had to call another pharmacy for them to say that my medication will be available on time. I truly understand that they may be overworked but we all are! We all mad about something but I wouldn’t take it out on, for one, someone I didn’t know and for two, someone who wasn’t even the cause of the problem! Sep 24, 2025 This is one of the best stocked pharmacy chain stores in North Wilmington!!! Not to mention staff is always super on point with their intelligence and friendliness. I just wish I still lived in the B-wine Hundred area instead of El-smere lol. The young woman at the register showed great humility and MORE than the required amount of restraint and calmness with a super irate Chad giving her all the reasons he felt the way things "should" be with his customer rewards......this young lady handled that particular situation in such a way that reflected beautifully on her parents! If only all the store with all the people behind them registers could possess a fraction of her energy then our society and our world would be quite the better...
