Fresco Pizzeria — Restaurant in Delaware

First, I would like to mention that the gentleman at the front (forgive me, I’m terrible at remembering names) is exceptional with his customer service! He is always so polite and friendly over the phone, and in person. He takes his time getting your order, reads it back to you and is just very welcoming. As for the food, the veggie white pizza is yummy! Just the right amount of garlic, ricotta and veggies. I always get the Old Bay fries…I like the type of fries they use, but it’s the ranch for me! The best ranch I’ve had in a long time! Yum! I’m a huge fan of provolone cheese hoagies, and I would say their hoagies are so-so. Not enough oregano on it (when asked for) and I am never a fan of when the toppings are in the inside and then the cheese is on top. Overall, it’s a pretty decent place and I have gone back...

We get take out or go to Fresco often. We love the food and Jonathan is an exceptional staff member. Today was decidedly different. Every time we order any cheese steak, you can hardly find the cheese. I decided that today that I would mention it as I thought the woman at the counter was an owner and would appreciate feedback. I was absolutely wrong. She blamed me for not telling them how to arrange the cheese on the sandwich. She informed me, very loudly that the cheese always melts into the sandwich and I needed to inform them about how I liked my cheese. She embarrassed me in front of other customers eventhough I did not mention it in front of any other person. She was obviously angry. I said I was sorry she was upset with me for mentioning this. Hands down the best wings and pizza we’ve had in a while!

We live about 15 minutes away.. and we all know there’s a pizza place on every corner. So we could’ve gone closer. But this was so worth the drive. We grabbed garlic parm wings, BBQ wings, extra cheese pizza, and broccoli bites last night and everything hit the spot. The wings were full of flavor, w the perfect amount of sauce & cooked to perfection.. The pizza was super cheesy, and those broccoli bites were sooo good and crispy.

The guy at the counter was really friendly, which made the experience even better. And honestly, for the amount of food and how good it all was, the prices were great. We’ll definitely be making...
