Friendly Gift Shop — Local services in Bethel Township

If I could give 0 stars- I would. Literally go to ANY other Hallmark affiliate and I can guarantee you'd have a better shopping experience. I went and bought a Jellycat as a gift, turns out I couldn't give that size to a baby (it was a larger one, but that's beside the point here). I went back within a day or two and was told it was "against the law" to return it... there is no such law. I called corporate and they confirmed it was not against the law or any policy they were aware of and basically told me the employees at the store probably did not feel like...

I use to like shopping here until today. I took my niece to look for something for Mother's Day and we arrived at 5:01. We were told that they were closed (I respect the stores hours), so we looked at flowers in the grocery store right next to Friendlys. Upon leaving the grocery store 15 minutes later, we saw two men outside paying the clerk for a potted plant they selected. I guess the clerk is allowed to pick and choose who can shop there. Needless to say I will never shop...

The Friendly Gift Shop is a great place to find an unusual or different gift for someone. They'll even wrap it for you. They also sell wrapping paper, bows,& cards. They have a special printer that will add lettering to diff gifts you can buy there. This is definitely the place to get Delaware souvenirs for visitors.
