Holiday Hair Salon - Easton — Local services in Bethlehem Township

I went in today to holiday hair to get both of my kids' haircuts. My oldest received her haircut by Phalisha, who did an amazing job. Katie was at the front desk and told me they didn't have any more availability, so they would be unable to cut my youngest daughter's hair. While waiting for my oldest, someone else came in as a walk-in for a haircut. I noticed Katie whispering with another and then offered my youngest a free cut from a girl named Summer who was still learning, and katie took the other walk in. We agreed to give summer some practice since my daughter's hair was very long (past her butt), but I did feel like Katie was very unprofessional. She did not want to cut my daughter's hair, so she lied and since she didnt want to turn another customer away and couldn't take them when we were still there watching, she passed my daughter off to someone who is still learning. If she doesn't do kids' cuts, that's all she had to say. I have been there numerous times for myself as well as my kids, but we won't be going back there again after this. I've been to several salons in my life and always had to sit for almost 4 hours to do a perm which made me only go 1x a year or longer to go back for a refresh. I have been going to the Holiday Hair location in the Southmont location for years now for hair cuts, colours and perms and have used a few different stylist over the years. But, once Katie permed my hair for the first time, I won't see anyone but her. I even waited to go back while she was on vacation and caught her before maternity leave and pre-scheduled to see her once she was back. My hair cuts, colours and perms always turn out Amazing and done quickly. Katie is always great and pleasant to work with and talk to about life, family and whatever subject that comes up while she works her magic. Great job doing full highlights and a cut and even removing some old pink color for my hair. Brandi was exceptionally nice and professional and clearly talented! My hair look better than my ever expected and the highlights look so natural! The salon was very clean and respectful towards COVID risks. All surfaces were wiped down regularly and whenever I move to a different station. I was the only one in the salon at the time other than the stylist, and they required me to use hand sanitizer and wear a mask the entire time.

Visited again with my son today. Ruby was our stylist and she was fantastic with my son. He's on the spectrum and has some issues with sensory processing and she was gentle and kind the whole time and worked with him to make this a stress-free experience. I...
