Went in to get off my parents plan and go on my own and also get a new phone. Russ, at first sold me the phone and did the plan switch but messed something up in the system on his end. long story short, I spent every single day for the next week going in there and calling everyday because the phone never activated and they kept just telling me we were waiting on a service request. Due to having NO PHONE FOR A WEEK, I was not able to work so lost money there and had to use PTO time which i expressed, and also wasted gas everyday driving back and forth for them to figure out what was going on. After a week of no answers and basically telling me there was nothing they could do on their end, i said cancel everything and i will switch to at&t and thats what i did. instead of denying he had messed something up and saying there is nothing he can do to make it right, he should have owned up to his error and i would have been alot more understanding. all in all, lost money, had no working phone for a week, and kept being disregarded. i will never go back to verizon. and if anyone goes to this location i do not recommend working with Russ because he does not know what he is...
Read moreUnfortunately not all employees are created equal. I concur with other reviews in the fact that there's Limited wait time and typically good service. However unfortunately today I stopped in as the store was opening. I waited a few minutes until the employee was ready to be open. After about 15 minutes she was ready to assist me. Every question I posed to her was answered with "I don't know how to do that". I moved on past the questions with no resolve and ask questions about if they had any screen protectors or cases or any items for the new Moto Z. Once again she did not have the answers and had to call someone else to ask if they had any.
This review is not in part based upon the location or the quality of the store. Just the quality of one employee inside the store. Unfortunately some people don't take time or have the care to learn their products they sell or the store they work in.

Initially, I walked in asking about the soon to be released iPhone 16, and knowing I was due for an upgrade, I asked him about pricing and trade-ins. He figured out a great deal for me and I ordered the iPhone 16. When my phone arrived 3 weeks later, Russell took his time with me diligently transferring all my data from my iPhone 12 to the 16. He answered all of my questions and I left completely satisfied. He assured me that he was always available should any problems arise. As it would be, I had a problem signing into my Google account, YouTube account, and Gmail. I returned to the store and Russell immediately corrected all of the issues and got me signed in to everything. I then had a few questions about the new iPhone 16’s features and he showed me what was different, what was new, and what remained the same.
