Horrible. If I could give no stars I would. My parents bought a couch on a Saturday, paid for it and scheduled delivery date and time. Got a phone call on Monday that they sold the couch Sunday because their employees can't put the proper information in the computer and don't put purchased products in a different room so customers can't rip the sold sign off. I called to talk to a manager and there was none on duty, so I talked to an associate, he was more apologetic than the actual manager however, he had put in the computer that they would only compensate 100 dollars OVER the price of the couch. My parents went today to look for another couch, the couch they wanted was 150 dollars OVER the original price of the couch they originally purchased (or so they thought but their money was taken) the manager on duty would NOT accommodate them the extra 50 dollars towards the couch for their screw up. Also the sales man they had today found their information in the computer, so how was the couch sold from under them? Now, the manager when I called, told me it was OUR responsibility to pay the extra 50 because they would only accommodate the 100. How is that OUR responsibility? We bought they couch, they sold OUR property and my parents put the couch out t0 the garbage so they could get their new one, Easter is Sunday and we are without a couch. I don't understand how it's okay for unclaimed freight to sell our property and then tell us WE are responsible to pay the extra 50. I do NOT recommend this place, at all. Do yourself the favor and spend the extra money and go somewhere else. If my family could of afforded the extra 50 or more we would of went somewhere else to begin with. Read moreWent to go look at couches today and happened to see one we liked that was in stock. It was an L shaped couch in 2 pieces. We went to get a Uhaul same day (where you pay per mile) and came back where they loaded the 2 pieces into the van. We get home, pull the pieces from the van into our apartment, unwrap them from the plastic and cardboard only to find that they had given us 2 of the same piece. We called to see if they could bring us the correct piece as they had given us the wrong piece. They said no since they didn't have their own delivery service and that we would have to bring one of the pieces back to swap it for the other. We had to drag it back into the van and use more miles to go back. The couch had cost $999 and they only offered a $20 refund and barely seemed sympathetic. We had to pay more money towards our Uhaul and spend more time going back and forth to correct their mistake. The couches were wrapped in plastic and covered so we could not see them when they were loaded into our van. We were trusting the unclaimed freight to give us the correct furniture that we had just paid for an hour prior. Extremely unhappy at the lack of remorse and only getting a $20 refund.
