Got to the store and it was empty. Just perfectly fine I ordered our food to go. They ended up missing a sandwich when they rang us up, which is whatever. Got home opened up my package. I was supposed to have a small cheesesteak with marinara which they charge you extra for. There was no marinara. There was less meat on the sandwich. Then there would be on a McDonald’s cheeseburger. The last inch and a half of the roll had absolutely nothing on it. Called the store and was told no manager was on duty. Was told that they’re only allowed to put one piece of beef steak on the sandwich so they couldn’t do anything about the lack of meat. The manager would be in the next day from 10 to 12 when I said so you only have a two hour manager they said the manager comes in at eight but can’t answer the phone until 10 so basically they only have a manager for four hours a day I paid almost $11 for the sandwich if you include marinara that I never received plus gave them almost an eight dollar tip because I Ordered three sandwiches in total. I wanted a refund. I basically got bread with probably an ounce of meat and a piece of melted cheese. Normally, I love this Primo. I drive a decent distance to go to it. It’s my first time ordering a cheesesteak and never expected that it would be this disappointing and that I would get that much crap when I called to...

My mother and I dinned in at this primo location in the early weeks on May 2018 ( sometime on a weekend not sure the exact date). We both ordered a hoagie and decided we would like to switch the meat choices to a comparable meat. For example I ordered the turkey diablo but i wanted the peeper turkey instead of the regular turkey. When we both got our recipes we noticed a 2 dollar charge for the meat changes. We asked the cashier about the charge and she stated that was the policy. We both wanted to switch our order back the original meat and get our 2 dollars back. The cashier was very rude then and grabbed our recipes out of our hands. She then pushed a lot of buttons on her screen and we both just waited in silence. She then left and disappeared for about 10 minutes. She returned and said that we could not get a refund since we paid with credit cards. My mom and I then asked for cash instead and she said should couldn't do that either. She then took our phone numbers and said the store owner would call us. It was been nearly 3 weeks and no call from the owner! All of this could have been avoided if the cashier just informed us of the $2 up-charge when we ordered. Make sure check your total is correct before handing them your card to pay!! If they make a mistake and you paid with a card then they apparently have no way of...

We ordered via GrubHub and when our order finally came one of our orders was completely wrong. Our ticket/receipt was correct but the sandwhich wasnt what we ordered. We called primos and they put us on hold multiple times. Eventually the girl on the phone said "well we see your ticket and we know that's what we made. You'll have to drive down here to prove it's wrong." Fine, we drove down to the shop. The young blonde girl at the counter already seemed annoyed and miserable when we showed up. Finally they said would make our correct order. No apology. After getting the correct sandwich we asked for some sort of refund because we paid for delivery service and the store made us drive to and from the restaurant because of their error. They insisted they did nothing wrong and didn't owe us anything because they remade it. The girl said her manager said "nothing can be done and if we are unhappy to take it up with GrubHub". We left and told them we wouldnt be returning. Very unprofessional that this establishment wouldn't take accountability for their error. GrubHub did their job, you did not. And when we confronted you about the problem you insisted that we were lying. I've been purchasing primos for years. This experience ruined the entire franchise. Poor management and leadership makes for poor...

The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because this is my first bad experience with this Primo location. I picked up my order, got home, unwrapped it, and said to myself, "this doesn't even look like a primo but late night wawa". To start, it isn't even the usual seeded Italian crusted bun that Primo is known for. What even is this that is holding my lunch? Then on top of that, it is completely smooshed down like someone crushed it. Second, the lunch meat is more sliced than the usual thin slice/chipped. Third, everything is soggy-the bun, the lettuce, etc, and the tomatoes are just thrown on top instead of being in the sandwich. It said on my online order I couldn't pick up until an hour away from when I was ordering. I arrived 8 minutes early and my order was already sitting there. So how long ago was my order made?! If I wasn't starving and had somewhere else to get to, I would have gotten back in my car, drove back and asked them to remake my order. This was nowhere near what a Primo hoagie is supposed to be and was not worth the price. I'm w to pay more money for better quality food, but today was nothing more than a gas stop hoagie and not worth what I paid. From other recent reviews, it seems this location has been having quality issues. Pictures included.

Ehh, not great. There was too much bread which wouldn't be terrible but the taste was subpar. The cheese was cut very thick, probably to pad the sandwich and make up for lack of meat and the taste overpowered the whole sub. The pickles and 'hot' banana peppers were flavourless like they've been sitting around way too long. My company bought us lunch so the price point didn't affect me and I didn't pick them up so I can't tell if that mean blonde from the other reviews was working the cash register. I would certainly never spend my own money here. If you want to support a local business, try Dave's deli in Bethlehem but if you insist on going to a chain, Jersey Mike's blows this place out of the water.
