Star ā Never Ordering from Their Website Again
As a longtime shopper of high-end brands, I expected better from Alice + Olivia. The fit of the clothes is wildly inconsistent, and ordering directly from their website has been more hassle than itās worth. Returns are a nightmare ā no confirmation emails, no updates, and confusing shipping logistics with items arriving from multiple locations. They claim you have 14 days to return, but by the time the rest of your order arrives, that window is closing.
Worse, I used their provided FedEx return label and was told at the drop-off that the label had already been used. When I called customer service, I got a voicemail asking me to send an email instead. The Vegas store gave me a number that leads nowhere. Email support? āGive us 48 hours.ā Still waiting. Still no refund.
This is unacceptable for a brand charging $400+ for blouses and even more for dresses. If you canāt invest in reliable customer service, you donāt deserve premium pricing. Iām now contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.
Tip to management: Your customers have the means to shop anywhere. We donāt have time to chase...
