2020 was our year of devastation. Not just the Covid pandemic had us in its financial, emotional and physical grip, but we had three major incidents of water penetration in our multi-level house of many years. We had to relocate. After searching ads and data bases we hit the streets focusing on Westwood. This is where we found The Glendon - a remarkable oasis of greenery, tranquility and beauty... from the outside. Inside, the available units were mostly small and bare. But what Elliot Joelson of Bedford Corporate Housing showed us was exactly what we wanted. A tastefully and functionally furnished our two-bedroom Unit had a fully stocked kitchen, a large loggia balcony and was tranquil enough to make us feel as if on a cruise. Every issue - from adding furniture (desk and chair) to having a dedicated manager appear to deal with life minor emergencies (thank you, Mr. Pat Beck) was promptly taken care of by Mr. Joelson. Soumia Abdoun Was our agent/ host/ contact person earlier this year as we traveled to California to participate in a red carpet Premier Screening of the series Dropping The Soap! I had never heard of the Bedford Corporate housing group before, and was concerned about doing g business with them. The condo that we rented, was amazing and exceeded our expections, and the rate charged, was more competitive than any other company we had compared. I have worked with Maricel at Bedford Corporate Housing twice now, and would give her 10 stars if possible!! Maricel is so very professional, accommodating, kind and caring. She went above and beyond for me, as my insurance was to cover the costs of my stays, however they were incredibly difficult to deal with and made the entire situation a nightmare. Maricel kindly and professionally took care of this for me so I did not have to go through the stress myself. She is always there is you need something addressed, and she is happy to do what she can to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.
