Dr. Nazarian and his team are miracle workers! I was desperate to lose weight and kept getting sprained ankles and other injuries any time I would exercise or try to⦠I was depressed, who wasnāt? What I thought would be a Covid letās binge on tv shows and good vacation lead to a seemingly permanent be hungry all the time and never move existence. Finally after not recognizing my face in the new DL pictureā¦and some other issues⦠like a friend randomly deciding she wanted to get married ASAP spur of the moment⦠I prayed for help and my prayers were immediately answered. Unfortunately i look fat as heck in her wedding photos but so did everyone else ā- but now Iām good! Iām great! Thank God!
My concierge MD does house calls but you can also go thereā- Iām a go there type personā¦They did my blood work and looked for imbalance in the body and checked my vitals. Eventually, I was put on Ozempic and lost almost all the weight I had gained. Now I can exercise! My labs look better and my blood pressure also improved! I also go In to take the MIC b12 shots, I prefer to get them shot in my arm and itās easier to have them do it and I like going in because Iām neurotic⦠lol
Dr. Nazarian is a real doctor. And they are keeping an eye on my health, once a person reaches the obesity line ⦠so many things can go down hillā¦. We are all human and sustaining an injury, getting pregnant or other things like PCOS can contribute to weight gain and imbalance in the bodyā¦. Isnāt it wonderful we can go to a medical professional and receive help for these issues?!?!
If you or someone you love is interested in getting healthy and losing weight maybe lovingly suggest, āMy Concierge MD.ā They also have a nutritionist who can work with you and they do B12 MIC shotsā¦. And all kinds of things. They are up to date with the latest health information and medications.
My mom has diabetes and has lost weight with Monjourno while also keeping her diabetes in checkā¦. And my auntās friend took wegovy and lost weight. There are other segmultide options as well that have also helped people. So if there happens to be a shortage at the time you find this review, please know there are many different avenues to health, maybe some you you havenāt heard ofā¦all bodies are different and itās great we donāt have to navigate through that alone! Also I want to let you know that I keep having my blood work checked and my thyroid is fine and everything else has improved.
Bottom line though is that I wish I wasnāt scared and wish I would have came here sooner than I did. They are warm and friendly and accommodating, there is nothing to be afraid of except for fear itself. When even one of us feels better in the world ā we make the world a better place! I hope we can all feel healthy and happy together. I did it and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI left a review earlier but deleted it after they contacted me but I am going to rewrite it and actually drop them a star. If there is another clinic in LA, go through them instead. I reviewed them poorly originally because I did not receive my results when I was supposed to. But as it turns out, the email with my results was lost in my promotions folder (apparently this is typical for this "clinic"). It seems like an honest mistake (and it is normally), but here is the kicker: I called them TWICE today to ask why I hadn't received my results yet, and they told me TWICE that the lab hadn't returned them yet (and likely would not return them before my international flight). After I left my first review, the doctor contacted me about it (with a super unprofessional tone) to tell me the lab had sent my results after midnight. I searched my trash and spam folders and couldn't find the email but eventually found it in my promotions folder (which makes so sense at all). Once I found the email, I took the review down. The doctor replied with a rude email. I felt like I was talking back and forth to a passive aggressive high schooler. The doctor essentially made it out to be my fault because I didn't read the email thoroughly enough. The doctor was annoyingly dismissive of the fact that the two times I called the clinic (and the one time I called the lab itself), they provided me no information and actually misinformation (that the results weren't ready yet). The call staff didn't even tell me to try the spam folder either (which you'd think after the doctor made such a big deal about it, that they would). The whole tone the doctor took after I had taken the review down for them and sorted the misunderstanding out was absolutely unwarranted. Anyways, this was a super unpleasant experience that gave me additional stress that I do not need at all. All I can say is check your promotions folder and hopefully you won't have to interact...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePoor follow-up and questionable billing practices. I had a positive initial experience with Dr. Nazarian, which is why I returned for a second telehealth consultation last year. I paid $250 upfront to ask a simple question about semaglutide dosing, something staff told me could only be answered by the doctor.
On the day of the appointment, I was told Dr. Nazarian was unavailable. The visit never happened, and no one followed up to reschedule or offer a refund. I picked up the bottle anyway, and the included pamphlet answered all my questions. I ended up forgetting about itālife got busy, and it honestly slipped my mind. But for a medical practice, it shouldnāt have. They should have accurate records and accountability, especially when services were never provided.
Fast forward to this year: my husband decided to start semaglutide, and I remembered the $250 I had already paid for a consult that never happened. I sent two emails with no response. After two calls, I finally got through. I was told the payment could only be applied to my future visit, not hisāeven though I clearly communicated I no longer needed one.
Even more concerning, the receptionist mentioned there were notes saying I had been seen. Iām not sure if that meant it was officially documented as completed, but if so thatās deeply problematic. I never received a call. I never spoke with Dr. Nazarian. The appointment did not happen.
As a healthcare professional myself, I understand that private clinics operate as businesses. But charging $250 for a visit that never occurred, failing to follow up, refusing to refund, and potentially misrepresenting a visit in documentation isnāt just unacceptableāitās unethical. Practices like this erode patient trust, and I canāt in good conscience recommend...
