Read moreWhat a bummer! We go for Indian food with so much hopes and here we were presented incredibly bad food. I doubt the cooks are Indian even. -paneer pakora has texture like chicken nuggets. Paneer itself was awesome but the they could not figure how to make a pakora -naan was burnt, i will upload picture -presentation was incredibly poor, seemed old food heated up -daal had kidney beans that were hard and undercooked -naan were huge but really terrible looking and did not taste delicious -chicken itself was tender but gravy was thick and not fresh -seeks Kabab was dry -papad was like wafer, tasteless and like paper. That should have been first warning and we should have left
-service was good but what’s the point of food is terrible
It is shame to have such terrible food in middle of upscale street. Either we went on bad day when cooks had taken off or this place is not authentic Indian restaurant.
Very...
Read moreWe were looking for an Indian restaurant to have dinner after a movie New Years day and Anarbagh came up as close by. We decided ti give a try. When we arrive at location we almost missed the restaurant as the outdoor sign was not very visible. When we walked inside we almost turned away as the decor and atmosphere was not what we would think of for an Indian restaurant as the interior was more of Miami south beach club than Indian restaurant. My friend had the Chicken Marsala and I had Lamb Korma, both dishes were so good as were the Samosas. The waiters were very sweet and attentive. We will definitely be back, hope the owners liven up (Bollywood up..😉) the place as it would bring a welcome element to a...
