Nadine has been recommended to me by a friend while i was franatically searching to replace a rare pair of Schlumberger earrings that have gone missing. I explained to Nadine that the earrings were borrowed by my wife from my grandmother's box for a party. I also had to mention, that my wife has forgotten to tell Nana about it, let alone ask for her permission.

Nadine told me to relax and let her get to work and , voila, she has been able to secure a superb pair of very similar earrings, also Schlumberger for Tiffany & Co. They were not identical but very close to the lost pair, if not better. I was impressed that It has taken Nadine only a handful of days to accomplish her mission, and to add to my surprise, the price was also very reasonable. The reason i decided to write this review is to show my gratitude to Nadine but also to praise her staff, Victoria in particular. I was amazed at the ease with which they have turned this terribly unpleasant situation into a great shopping experience. I have been a customer of Nadine’s for many years and I have always had a wonderful experience with this store. I first found out about Nadine’s estate and antiques on eBay and had a wonderful transaction experience. They have an incredible and wide selection of gorgeous jewelry of many styles including some very unique designer pieces! They were very fast with shipping and I absolutely loved the earrings I got. They were exactly as pictured and described.

Later on I decided it was time to visit the store when I moved back to LA. It’s a lovely shop and when you enter it’s like a wonderland. I didn’t know where to look because there was so much to see! The ladies were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Telling me in detail about the pieces I showed interest in. I also met Nadine who was incredibly nice and accommodating. I always have a wonderful experience and would highly recommend a visit if you’re in town and appreciate gorgeous pieces, especially those That make you feel like you’ve traveled back in time!

Poor communication and very challenging regarding a $16,000 sale to her where she demanded to pay by credit card. The sale explicitly stated bank wire. She paid anyway with cc and demanded the sale… we cancelled and she left a nasty review. Poor business practice. Store owner is trying to pretend she has no idea in her response but, is well aware with this exact dollar figure. She should adhere to terms of sale instead of getting angry and disrespectful. I am updating my review as she is trying to deviate from this to pretend she has no idea. This was for a snake bracelet purchase. She took my information from my bank for a wire and then used unethical means to change payment and leave a poor review. Just be careful here. The way she is following up suggests she is even more devious in trying to pretend she does not know who I am. Anyone that wants to reach out to me...I am happy to show...
