The Lash Lift — Local services in Beverly Hills

I went in for a lash lift. I have a LOT of experience getting my lashes lifted all around the world and what can I say what a disappointment. First of all the location is really awful. It’s inside a building inside a room with no windows and horrifically cold A/C. Secondly the lady was running late which meant I knew already she was going to rush my appointment. Thirdly she did not lift them really at all. They were crooked meaning they did not lift straight up but actually crossed each other. She also PERMED MY BOTTOM LASHES. The have been permed upwards and still 3 weeks later are not pointing the way they should be. Therefore giving them a crooked look. I could forgive most of this if it wasn’t for the fact this place charges 120$ and has the cheek to ask for tips. I’m warning all of you to stay away. There are so many other better places that are cheaper than this....

The saying "walked out feeling like a million bucks" is now thought of as an understatement. After my 24k Gold facial mask that I got from Chad, at The Lash Look, Not only made me feel amazing, but the customer service was even better. The overall greatness of this establishment, I would have to say, is that the fact that you can feel as if the service that you're getting from not only Chad, but the saloon as well, is coming from people who not only care about giving you that perfect look, but more of a healthy, refreshed and natural beauty was what was really focused on. First time there this week and I'm so happy with the results! I don't like the fake look of extensions but it is hard to find someone who can do a good lash lift, especially for my Asian lashes - very strong, straight, and stubborn. They often come out not curled or fried when I try a new place. Not this time - he did them perfectly!

I am also pretty far along in pregnancy and he made sure to keep me comfortable and proactively asked if I needed to sit up at all or change positions - I don't even get that level of consideration from some doctors!
