Customer Service is everything! Nice young lady (Ney) who was serving in the print area didn’t mean to be sarcastic but she was. It’s started when I first walked in and ask how much would it be to get black print on my own card stock paper? I never said what color paper. She responded I don’t think I can print on black paper. I responded no I would like black ink on white paper. Maybe I said it wrong. She yeah because I was confused…. Ok!
She asked if i wanted multiple on one sheet and at the time I wanted it a certain size and I knew it wouldn’t be able to do multiple unless I did it smaller that a 5x8 so I replied, No. I understand she was offering and this was helpful information not knocking this at all.
After, I reviewed my document could go down a size without it messing up the quality of what I was printing, I asked for the price if I did 2 on one page. She replied: that’s what I was saying at first. Ok, but that’s not what I wanted at first but now I do.
Then I was going to pick up the next day but I chose to do same day pick up because the price dropped drastically. I guess it bothered her I changed my mind. She said ok I will call you when it’s done. No time range or anything just I will call you when it’s done. Oh ok! By the way the lady in front of me she helped, she didn’t get smart with her one time maybe she felt the need to be sarcastic with me.
Anyway, my advice is not that customers are always right because sometimes they aren’t. I know that my attitude was intact and I asked questions because that’s what I do and I didn’t get smart but I felt like she did in the conversation twice. Your response and reaction towards a person can go a long way. I’m only giving a 1 star because of her customer service.
I will go continue to shop at this one because this is the first time I have had to do a review on someone here. I have been loyal customer...
Read moreNO WONDER THIS PLACE IS SHUTTING STORES- THIS ONE SHOULD GO 1ST. After doing REPEAT COPY BUSINESS there for almost 1 year now, I will not go back. I had signs printed and mounted about 11 months ago---no more than $10-$12 each for the mounting and laminating. Today, I go in to a $280 bill for 5 signs that were slightly larger----the manager said, all matter of factly, well, the price of things have gone up---what would have cost me $60 a year ago, is now $280---that's almost a 500% increase---and then couldn't explain except to say, well, prices have increased...is that kind of increase even allowed.....when I asked why, all I could get was , well the computer calculates it-----so, you have no other resolution for me????? Then, I was picking up an order I placed 5 days ago----for a BROCHURE----any time I've heard the word BROCHURE---it makes me think tri-fold, i indicated to the tech I wanted a tri-fold brochure like they did the last time but guess what, she played off like she didn't know---and don't pay for things online because they will try to get you again in the store-----I will be in contact with the DM Monday but in my opinion, if someone drops a few hundred in my store, I'd try to help that customer but when I said I wasn't coming back, the manager, said, here, take this---that which i had already paid for and that's fine don't come back----the next time i will be back is when that...
Read moreCame in with 2 CAD drawings I wanted printed out on large (36"x60") glossy paper for work by the end of the week. Staff was very helpful making sure I got exactly what I needed. A couple hours later that day I got a call informing me that they didn't have enough gloss paper to finish both jobs, and on top of that the lines on the drawing were very faint. We talked about it and decided to not only combine the drawings onto 1 sheet, but he also (after I told him what they would be used for) suggested a different material that was not only cheaper but also would hold up better in the situation I described. He even sent me an email with a photo of the second choice to confirm it was what I wanted. Overall extremely happy with the...
