My hairdresser recommended I go to the shop to find a scarf for new dress I had purchased. When I went in, I was greeted by the owner and told her what I was looking for. She assured me she had the perfect scarf and showed it to me, it was beautiful. Sadly, when she showed it to me, she did not open it up all the way when I got home I threw it over my shoulders and went to church when I took it out to fold it up and put it away. I noticed several tears and holes throughout it. I was extremely disappointed since I paid 168 I knew about this as she presented it to me when it was still folded up. My fault for not opening up and examining the whole garment. I will never shop...

Be VERY sure of your purchases. They are nasty and hate exchanges, even if made according to their policy. Very recently my daughter purchased several items. One top she was interested and noticed a stain, owner said well you are already getting 25% off (because that was the advertised sale). 1 week later, she returned to exchange 2 unworn items, per store policy. Owner denied returning one item, claiming it was dirty despite never being worn. She made it frustrating to try and replace the one item she was willing to exchange. Wouldn’t give honor ongoing sale for exchange item. Awful awful experience and we will...
