Five Below — Local services in Bismarck

Horrible customer service there Squishmallow drop happened and this store can’t even put them out I’ve been trying to get some for the past three days they keep telling me to check up in the next few days I asked a lady in the store about it she said they had 12 pallets of them just need to get them out. But to just call and see in a couple days so I called and a lady says she hasn’t seen any and should be in and hasn’t gotten the shipment maybe. Maybe couple days. So tired of this place. Called the manager and talked with her about 2 weeks ago. I asked about the squishmallows, they told me they had them in the back of store. Called plenty of others times just to be lied to by store employees telling me they don't even have them yet. Yet I go online and can choose pickup for any Halloween squishmallow through bismarck five below. Just a very bad impression with the new five below. They definitely need to get better employees and a better manager especially since the store had only been open for...

Suddenly had them forcibly taking my items out of my hands to "self checkout" for me, felt very humiliated. Asked the employee if it was ok if she just watched me, to which she rudely replied "no" and continued to take items from my hands and scan them. After they were all scanned, she clicked through options on the computer without my input. Really feels like they were treating me like i had stolen from the store, I do NOT recommend going...
