Knowledge of suits and tailoring is good, customer service is very poor. Don't expect him to meet schedules or call you at all. You will have to hound him until its ready. His kid is also at the store every time I stopped in. He spent more time attending him then assisting me. I ordered a suit on a Monday, he said it would be in on Friday and would call me. The next Tuesday I called and he said it wasn't in yet, should be in on Thursday (a week late). On Friday I didn't hear from him yet, so I called. He did have it in, so I stopped in to get fitted. He said he would have it ready to be picked up on Monday. Tuesday came and didn't hear from him again, so I called him. He said he hadn't got to it yet and was hoping to get to it that night. And it has everything to do with the owner, Barry Hansen. He is so knowledgeable about men’s clothing and knows what would look good. It was the winter storm of December 2022 where all the roads and every store was closed and had an unexpected need for a suit. I have never had a better experience anywhere in my life than the service that Hansen’s provided. The owner showed up in the middle of the storm and provided me a personalized fitting for my uncle, doing so over the phone, with all of the additional needs I had (shoes, tie, belt, etc) so that he could host his mothers funeral. I’m so grateful to Hansen’s for helping me out in a time of our family’s need and I can not recommend this shop highly enough....
