This was our first time at the store and when I called to schedule my appointment I was asked if I was familiar how the appointments work. After responding no, only thing I was told was that there is a $25.00 fee to reserve your time. At no point or time was I informed of the 1 hour time limit. Upon arrival we were rushed to the back, again…no directions, we were given 3 clips to identify what dresses my daughter liked. Once we chose the first 3 dresses, we went to try them on. We repeated this clips process again and went for next 3 dresses. Again no mention of the hour time limit. I had noticed the timer by the dressing room door and after asking about it is when I was told that we only have an hour. If we can't find one in that timeframe, we are unable to continue trying on dresses, we would have to go to the front and see if we can reserve another time. 9min left of our appointment we were pressured to choose from the dresses we had seen. I had two more dresses that I had chosen but the girl who was helping us felt it was not enough time. Also I was rudely pointed out that I'm not allowed to remove any dresses from the rack, but yet the worker wasn't very helpful of seeing what I had picked out. Overall not happy, not impresses and would not recommend, unless you know what you want and like. Otherwise you won’t have enough time. Do not go here if you're looking for friendly service. Mom had booked an appointment for both me and her to try on dresses. When we got there it was all about Mom, which was fine, she did need a dress more than I did the day of the appointment. There was one dress I was dying to try on though. Mom even said to the woman (I think it was the store owner) that I should try the dress on and the woman said who's that and didn't pay me any attention. By the end of the appointment she was pressuring Mom to buy that dress when Mom didn't even like it on herself and had told the woman. With the store owner completely ignoring me, I felt like I'd of been ran out the store entirely if I even said I wanted to try any dress on because it would have been seen as hijacking the appointment even though the appointment was made for both of us. Mom really wanted to see me try that dress on so we drove another 3 hour round trip the following day and the woman was dismissively rude when we entered the store like we were wasting her time. She didn't care to sell me a dress at all on either day. The unfortunate thing is this store is one of the few that has formal dresses in the region for non prom/non bridesmaids. I visited this store in search of a prom dress and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, the associate seemed rushed and impatient. I was barely given time to browse through the dresses, and when I selected one that was outside of my price range, her tone became noticeably dismissive.

I tried on two dresses, but again, the process felt rushed—I wasn't even able to take a photo to review my options. When my sister shared her opinion on a dress she liked, the associate snapped at her as well, which felt completely uncalled for.

I’m not sure why we were treated this way, as we were simply trying to find a dress for a special occasion. The experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I left the store disappointed and without a dress.
