The last re: first time I had 5 guys was in an airport. I had a large fry and a bacon cheese burger "all the way." Getting a burger all the way mean getting a burger with mayonnaise, lettuce, dill pickles, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms. The burger was average and honestly, the mushrooms were entirely forgettable on this burger. The fries, too, were average. They are advertised as bring cajun fries, but they really could have done with more seasoning. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. Now, the reason it is 3 stars is because they buried the burger in the bag with fries requiring me to dig it out and tear the wrapping and the bun. Everybody, myself include, like bottom-bag fries, but if you want to include fries like that intentionally, do it before you add the burger. Order was $30, first tapped my card and it wanted to approve for only $21 so I said no, canceled it, checked my account and everything was fine, tapped again and it wanted to only approve for $26, so I tap no and went back into my account to see what was wrong (if on my end) I see both charges on my card equaling $47 but I still owed the restaurant the entire amount. Manager got called out and he wouldnt listen to the issue, kept ignoring what I was trying to explain and show him. He kept looking up old transactions and mumbling "nothing i can do".
