I was so hesitate to leave this review because Pei Wei is our favorite spot for quick dining, unfortunately this location has been run down so bad that management need to have a good look at what's going on. Yesterday our family dined there, I ordered the kung pao chicken which they have used an old cold dried chicken, my wife ordered the sesame chicken which was nothing but a sesame chicken kids ordered honey seared chicken which was ok, we hardly ever like to complain but my wife's chicken was a wok wok bad quality, I asked the server who claimed he's the manager about her chicken and he claimed it is sesame chicken but he forgot to put the Sesame on the top! That is not he first time eating sesame chicken, and sure it wasn't just missing Sesame on the top.. not to mention it was not busy, there was a handful of customers. They have 2 Coke machines one of them was out of order and the other was out of ice! We only dined there because it's closer to where we live but our favorite Pei Wei's are 61st and Yale and 71st and Kenosha this location needs major help! Update: after few months not ordering from them, decided to give them a shot... Ordered online, came to pickup.. The cashier said to wait in the car. Waited 20 minutes.. No one came out except customers came after me to pickup.. I went to ask about my order, same guy said its right here coming out now, I went to wait in my car... 15...20..25 minutes no food yet, my kids going crazy! After a total of 55 minutes. I decided to walk in asked about my order... They said they didn't know why it's taking so long... And they don't know when it will be out, they offered to wait more or refund... Final decision got refund and never...

Whoever owns this place should sell it to someone that knows what they're doing! Because it's pretty clear the current leadership is unable to live up to any reasonable standards.
Our 4th trip to this location. The first two were terrible. Order was wrong (things added or removed were not) Take out is simply a joke. Online order says "12 minutes to ready" when it takes these people more like an hour if you're lucky. We decided after the first two times we would give it one more try
Third trip was good. Food was ready on time and was made correctly. Was honestly shocked.
Well, tonight was the last time. 7/5/19, 7:30pm. We ordered online and got the usual "12 minutes to ready" lies. We showed up at the 20min mark to find at least 10 people standing around in the take out area. None of them looked very happy. The people behind the counter couldn't seem to care less. Nobody greeted us. Nobody asked for our name. NADA! Just 4 women avoiding eye contact at all costs. One looked to be a manager. But that's not possible because a manager wouldn't bungle everything so badly. The woman next to us said she had been standing there for 45min. This is insane! We left and will not be returning.
Go to any other Pei Wei but this one. It's clearly run by people who haven't a clue about the food service industry. They can't seem to keep good people, and the ones they replace them with can barely...

My wife and I used to love this place- it was one of our favorite places in all of Tulsa . But the last few years have been a roller coaster for service, quality and atmosphere. In fact, this location had become a big disappointment. At times it looked dirty, disorganized, was led by teenagers some days and the food which was always excellent had declined in quality.
And yes I'm a real customer!
In recent weeks we noticed there'd been some improvement. Then on 5-5-25 we thought we'd drop in for lunch. We were floored by the progress.
We were warmly greeted by a professional who took our order and pointed out some new menu items. The place was spotless and clean, as were the utensils and drinks area. Appetizers and meals were brought promptly and correctly. ( This used to be a source of confusion.)
The food was delicious, as we had come to expect from Pei Wei in the past. It was like old times again.
I literally asked if the place has new managers, and they cautiously said "yes". I told them it was obvious and we noticed a distinct difference. They solicited nothing..I just told them how bad the place had gotten at times, and now this was a huge step back to what most people remember about Pei Wei.
If you had given up on this location, I encourage you to give it another chance. I hope you notice the massive improvement and return to Pei...
