I love CAVA! Brayan provides exceptional customer service! He really demonstrates his genuine care for the customers and takes the time to answer any questions and explain the menu. Brayan is also very attentive and ensures that every guest receives the best meal possible, and his kindness makes the ordering experience even more enjoyable. I order the Greens and Grains Bowl with brown rice, romaine, and falafel, and it is delicious. The falafel is perfectly crispy and packed with flavor, complementing the romaine and brown rice. I always add three scoops of hummus, feta, pita crisps, more romaine, and greek vinaigrette! It’s so good!

Anthony is another exceptional member of the Cava team, consistently demonstrating outstanding customer service and a strong work ethic. His ability to connect with customers and create a positive experience is truly remarkable.Without fail, Anthony provides the BEST recommendations. Came right before closing time tonight, a little worried that we'd be too late or be a burden to the staff. However, Sadique made us feel incredibly welcome and generously served us while his coworkers performed their closing duties.

They made us feel so at ease and welcome to stay and enjoy our meal. A big blessing to us since we were too tired to cook and desperately craving something fresh and healthy. Thank you guys 🙏

(Side note, I read a recent review about uncleanliness. Personally saw nothing to the effect. The employees were being very thorough, all the food was stored in very clean locations and being handled with gloves&care, they also definitely moved the food to safe locations before sanitizing work surfaces.
