Phidella Nails Spa — Local services in Black Mountain

WARNING To everyone that has been going here!!! Please be aware of how unprofessional these people are. They run around to upcoming graduates from nail school and cosmetology school, bashing other nail salons when they, themselves, have never worked or even know these people from these other salons! They defame salons to make their salon look better. The sick thing is, while one of the employees are sitting there bashing these salons to these graduates, the owner of Phidella just sat there and proceeds to let their employee run their mouth! Is this really the type of environment and people you guys really want to walk into??? Or give your money to??? Think TWICE before they go off on about you to others! This employees name is VALERIE THAO! She also goes by the fake names of Holly, Thao, Chia etc because she's been known for FRAUDING multiple salons and making sick false accusations from many salons around this area. Even a "HEADS UP" to the owner of this place, I'd get rid of her real quick if I were you, before she runs all your clients off! She's been through NUMEROUS salons, what makes anyone believe its the salons and not her fault??? And if I were her, I'd think multiple times before I go and start defaming/slandering another salon AGAIN! That'll get you in big...

Our experience was great! I came with my son, my friend and his daughter. We were able to convince my friend to get a pedi and get his toes painted and it was great. The staff was amazing, and took their time on the pedicures. Typically when I go to other salons with teens they rush through and don’t treat them like other appointments, and that is not the case here. They spent 1 hour each on all 3 of them. Also Ben did my acrylic nails. I can be embarrassed going in the salon bc I have an OCD trait of picking the skin around my nails really bad, and fake nails stop me from the compulsion. Ben was so kind about it and took his time and gave me exactly what I wanted with no judgement. I will definitely be making this my regular spot. Been a regular here since last summer and upon each visit have left with 100% satisfaction. They're nice, get to know you & your preferences, they aren't rough, and they love to joke around. They have created a truly fun yet relaxing atmosphere that I will continue to give my business to. I really have come to love these guys (& gals).
