Came on a Saturday and wasn’t overly crowded. The lady at the front desk, didn’t catch her name, was knowledgeable and most helpful. The little museum is a neat place with a lot of information, cool artifacts, some even donated by people who I’m assuming had on their property or perhaps even was in the family, and displayed in such a way that going through the museum didn’t seem overwhelming at all. The only downside when we came was that one little corner upstairs was blocked off so we couldn’t see and read about the rifles on the wall and the hearth and other things displayed but I think they probably display certain things and maybe even rotate them out. I forgot to ask while I was there but I’ll be back to take my oldest. Must see...

I actually really liked reading the signs, it gives you a great sense of history for the area! And it's pretty much free (donations accepted) and is a nice alternative to all the shopping and eating.
