Saw this store opened at 10am, pulled into their parking lot a few minutes till as I made the drive from south Asheville. Came to hopefully look for some brewer’s yeast to make some lactation cookies so I brought along my infant. She was crying when we pulled in, and as I was getting her out to try to comfort her before going in, at about 10:04 (I’m assuming) the owner came flying through in her truck yelling that it was natural foods parking only. I was taken aback, and felt like I had done something wrong as I continued to try to console my crying baby. I checked where I had parked and it was correct for natural foods so I stayed put. A couple minutes later, the owner again came around the corner and yelled at me that this was natural foods parking only. My baby was screaming at this point and I could only assume she thought I was maybe parking there to go to breakfast or coffee. She was so rude and I did not have the energy to tell her I was in fact coming to shop there, so I said screw it, put my crying baby back in the car, and headed home. The woman that assisted me there today was helpful, friendly, articulate, knowledgeable, and patient. She guided me well. I felt more assured about what to correctly select. She even gave me 2 free samples. You could tell that she thoroughly enjoys taking these products herself. I felt comfortable in here today and well guided. Thank you for the time you spent with me to answer my questions. I am just a tourist, but if I am ever in the area again, this health store would be one I would enjoy...
