Got my first chance to stop in, which felt quite magical during our Blanco snow day! It was so perfectly cozy; the moment I stepped inside a mini "fireplace" greeted me, surrounded by a gorgeous, colorful display. Mettie's has a little something for everyone - including quality, reasonably priced vintage clothing in their boutique corner. They have a variety of antiques in the back and also sample their premium tea, which was delightful! I found a unique item I'd been looking for: a small puzzle for my rehab work, which happened to be an adorable animal print and two-sided! David was so friendly, pleasant and helpful throughout my browsing and purchase! I look forward to telling everyone about my discovery! Keep up...

I attended a watercolor painting class at Mettie’s where we were taught step by step to paint a cute photo of a pep! The teacher was so attentive, broke the process down into easy steps & I walked away with the cutest painting of my dog! It was such a fun event that was thoughtful executed! I would definitely recommend Mettie’s events to others. I also loved shopping in the store afterwards. I got some incredible treasures to take...

I visited Mettie's mercantile today and what a gem! We were greeted when we walked in with an offer to sample their tea of the day, a jasmine rose green tea. It was delicious and perfect for a chilly winter day! I loved perusing the antique furniture and decor, and purchased a bag of black loose leaf tea. I can't wait to visit again next time...
