I am a local and have been here multiple times. Experiences have been consistently bad over the years and always had hope that staff and food would get better. Support your local business only if its worth it. Unfortunately I have run out of hope of it ever being worth the visit. Overpriced tourist food with no quality or care, continue reading for details.
First off, lets discuss the quality of the food. If you order pasta of any kind, alfredo or red sauce, the bowl will be half filled with water. Not sure if they are trying to stretch the sauce out, or if they are not straining the pasta. I've had staff bring a bowl so I can strain the water out at the table.
The garlic knots are not badly priced, until you get them and realize there is no garlic but just woven burned bread with butter thrown on top. Calamari is frozen, overpriced at $9, and you're lucky if you get 5-6 rings. Consistently burned chicken on caesar salads, chicken parmesan, and chicken alfredo. The only thing I will give credit to and order is the pizza rolls. Everything else is a risk.
Drinks are always watered down. Doesn't matter if its tea or a coke product, it will be watered down and over carbonated to save on supply.
Now lets look at operations. They are always running out of food or supplies. How does an Italian based restaurant run out of dough or tomato sauce? Then, if they do have supplies, you will be waiting 45 minutes to an hour to get your food. This is probably due to the fact that the kitchen equipment is either breaking down or is not being maintained. Kitchen can easily be seen from dining area, so issues are pretty obvious.
Aside from one particular young waitress who has been consistently awesome, the staff does not earn their tips, give attitude, and have some pretty interesting conversations within hearing of the dining area. They are to busy conversating instead of cleaning the tables and chairs. I guess its because its high school kids. Ignore the posted hours of operation, they will close when they want and not answer their phone.
In short, don't waste your money paying high prices for bad quality. They need to earn the local business and tourism by doing a good job and stop...

I took a bite of my pizza roll and there was a long blonde hair in between the cheese 𤮠later on I decided to try my salad (I was staying in a hotel with three kids moving all day, I was just thinking itāll be fine) NOOOOOO. Little and long hairs were all in my salad! Iām brunette and so I know it wasnāt me and the little hairs seemed to be like chest hair length. š¤¢
The first time I ever went I had hair in my cake.. and now my mother in law has had the same issue with a past one of their orders WITH HAIR.
Thereās clearly a cleanliness issues. I did report the cake and they just said thanks for letting them know. This time they argued no one there is blonde.. well nor am I and I can promise you the hair was imbedded in the pizza roll. Wasnāt calling for a refund just letting them know.
I will never ever return. Thatās one time to many. As someone who has had their food handlers multiple times and worked cooking in a bistro.. this is avoidable and I understand it can accidentally happen but not over and over again. This time seemed as someone was purposely putting hair in the food.

Treated my mother terribly. She ordered the chicken Alfredo and it was worse than hospital food- Completely tasteless. She tried doctoring it up good heartedly and then gave in and let her server know and asked If she could possibly exchange it. They Brought her lasagna in a to go box and then when she went up to pay her ticket they charged her for both meals- Over $40 for food she didnāt eat !. They were rude and sarcastic said they were charging her for both no exceptions. She asked to speak to the manager and the manager still refused- She said it was per order of the owner who was hiding and wouldnāt come out!! Our whole table tried to reason with them. I have never in my life been to or heard of a restaurant that did not make sure to the best of their ability that their customers had a good meal and dining experience.
