First let me say the brisket bagel is money! My fave now. I hope this is going to stay. Next, I want to thank the people working here today. It was mother's day and you spent your day serving others🙏what a classy group working today . Now, I want to speak to something that is indirectly related. The sign clearly stated there should only be 7 at once in the store. But why did this grandmother grandfather and three grandchildren come in and make it more than seven. You can't tell me they didn't read the sign. The grandchildren were old enough to stay in the car. I understand that you want to see what to order. But they decided to stay in there huddled up around each other. There is a group of people who just simply feel they don't need to follow the rules. You know who You are. Eventually the older woman left but she came back in the store for what purpose ?you could not eat inside so why didn't you stay in the car? I heard you say you didn't want something! you see we still are in a covid outbreak and there are some people who simply just don't care because they feel entitled. You know who you are. More and more of these people started coming in after it said only seven. Now I know it was raining and cold but here again that is why we're in this situation with covid. there are people who simply just want to do whatever they want to do. And these people were leaning near the food that was placed for pickup. The people behind the counter were too busy to count who was there because they were working on making our food and doing a wonderful job of it and my hats off to you. I still say the younger generations typically act out in this world is different because generations from the past will not teach their children what's right, what's expected, and how to simply be in order to make this world a better...
Read moreDon’t go. I stopped at the location earlier this morning for a late breakfast and coffee on my way into work. I could have gotten more professional and better food across the street at Tim Horton’s if I am being completely honest. I walked in and started to look at the menu (not trying to order any food yet) and I got snarky comments “you order down there” to which I explained I was not going to order yet, she repeated herself. When I asked for the iced coffee flavors, I was told to look at the board and the waitress gave some real attitude. That was fine, my fault should have looked up at the board a little closer, however, don’t treat a customer like they are an idiot. While I was waiting (forever) for my food, one of the ladies preparing food found burnt pieces of bacon still sitting in the oven and when they asked each other about it they joked and laughed “Oh yeah, that was me that has been in there for a couple of hours” and proceeded to joke around. I was on my way to go into work and time was wasted because they wanted to have some fun and not care. Alright, whatever but when I got to the sandwich, it was horribly prepared. Sloppy, very squished, food falling off…I guess that is what happens when you make a sandwich in the middle of sharing jokes with colleagues. Also, I was not the only one in line, there was a lady behind me who found none of it amusing as well. I am going to stick with Tim Hortons and not go back to this place. Pretty disappointed and utterly...
Read moreFood was good. Very rude staff. My name was called and I went to where we had picked up the drinks. That was not where I was supposed to go, but I was unaware of. And the worker then grabbed the order and set it back down and said that I guess Diane‘s not getting her order. And then when I came over to where he was and said my name, he ignored me, and when he finally did pay attention, his mumbled under his breath. “I guess you should’ve payed attention.” I understood it was busy. But just plain rudeness is...
