I've really been trying to avoid writing reviews for business that aren't up to par due to covid having a huge impact on businesses already however this one was earned. I purchased 4 bottles of hardin in the past 7 days, two last sunday and two this friday and 1 out of 4 bottles is oxidized. I called to let the store know and requested an exchange in which I was willing to return the bottle (I only poured one glass) with the remainder of the wine that was purchased on Friday and they hard declined saying that I could have had it opened for days or stored it wrong. The manager even went as far as to say, they could have exchanged it if it weren't open to which I replied how could I know that something is wrong without it being opened? Then he stated if it were unopened he could have exchanged/returned it and in the same breath said but on the receipt it says no exchanges or returns due to covid. So which is it? Also, who INTENDS to return wine? They outright declined to make this right. This bottle of wine is $27.99 and is only good for dumping in a dish to get rid of it instead of pouring it down the drain. Don't patronize this business as they do not care about the products that they sell, they do not care about their customers and they do not care about doing the right thing. Itâs a shame, because otherwise it would be my go-to store, but the staff give me these really passive-aggressive, âhurry up and get out of my faceâ kind of vibes that just make me super uncomfortable. E.g if you ask for help finding something, youâll get a response like âuhhhâŚdidnât you know that.â Iâve been maybe 3 times and every single time someone behind the register has made some kind of comment about my face (I look younger than I am) and spent a comically long time checking my ID, only to say something like âoh well you just turned 21, this is bad for you you knowâ âoh I didnât believe youâ âright to it I guessâ - itâs just really not your place to say that to me, just scan the card and cut the comments, you know? It makes me uncomfortable to the point that I donât want to go back. Otherwise really nice store.

   Read moreDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I ordered from Uber Eats. The order took over an hour to arrive. When they did arrive the delivery person had a terrible unprofessional attitude and took a picture of my ID on his personal phone. I asked why take a picture and not scan it. He said the scanner isn't working so he took a picture as proof of delivery. Proof of delivery should be the taking a picture of the building. Not my ID. He then said he's cancelling my order and still told the app he delivered my order. I get a notification that my order was delivered. I then called the store to speak with a manager. I told her what happened, and her nasty unprofessional reply was OK. Then she told me to call Uber eat. I told her I'm not talking about Uber Eats I'm talking about your driver.
