Now I called the restaurant and informed them that we were coming a party of 7, which we turned out to be 9 , and asked if i could make a reservation, the woman on the phone said yes she would have a table ready for us. Last night 01/16/2023 my family and i came to this location for my uncles birthday dinner. We ordered shirley temples, we got light pink spritz water,it was nasty, my aunt ordered a pina colada, and the batender made her some watered down milk drink, no rum. My uncle ordered a drink, the bartender didnt inform us that she didnt hve all ingredients, she just went ahead and made a random drink and sent it to table. POOR DENACIA realized it was the wrong drink and brought it back to bar the bartender was visibly upset, how dare we want what we ordered.

Everything we ordered was a problem. They had no crab dishes… but your named ALOHA KRAB. We kept asking for the manager, the manager, who literally refused to come to our table, after the 5th time of us asking for a manager, the waitress came back and said “the manager said she will talk to you but she stepped out” ……. Really?

We decided to just leave, as we were leaving, the hostess came around to the bartender and says “what they ordered and didnt wanna pay? The tone of her voice and her body language , the way she rolled her eyes and acted like a ignorant person, all while she got into my mothers face was unbelievable. My uncle then tried to explain to her what was happening and she turns to him and says “THERES THE DOOR “ while pointing at the door… all while the bartender is yelling across the bar. The entire scene was embarrassing. The host and the bartender should be ashamed of themselves and they should be held accountable for their behavior.

*The waitress was the only one who showed us any customers service, any compassion, she was apologetic and kind and PROFESSIONAL. Those two women give black people a really bad name and they do not represent us and they shouldn’t respresent this company either.

As a Professional Chef it was appalling to witness and be apart of. The lack of care and consideration for the COMPANY was wild.

My family and I went here for dinner last night. We enjoyed it. D'Naisha was the absolutely the best. She was very accommodating and patient Evan the mgr is very friendly and accommodating. In 2022 wifi is crucial especially if you have children. Evan came out and personally set up my daughter on the wifi. He just gained a patron for life. Pros Free parking (the establishment allows you 2 hrs free parking) Music was cool Happy hour was cool and the drinks was ok Food was mehhhh (I wish I would of taken a pic 😞) it was ok I had to add old bay seasoning I ordered the garlic lemon/mild choice for the head of shrimps and scallops with 🥦 once I added more seasoning it was ok

The crabmeat fried rice was tasty. My daughter had lemon pepper wings and fries she enjoyed it and my husband had shrimps stuffed with crabmeat and he enjoyed it

Cons Two African American ladies in the front. Brown skin one with brown extensions ans a dark skin one with glasses and short Ike turner mushroom style. We asked to substitute the potatoes that came with my husband dish for corn. Potatoes are very fattening and im not sure which one said no when the waiter asked can it be substituted but she was acting like they was paying her with the corn. It wasn't that many substitution allowed and I don't like that

If Evan wasn't there we wouldn't of had wifi. Wifi is definitely needed ASAP but im happy he was present last night

This isnt really a con but some type of sauce for the rice would be good but the rice was...

We called to make a reservation and when we got there no one seemed to know about it. The place was almost empty when we arrived and the person who seated us was not dressed like a worker, she had grey sweats on. The waitress (DeNaisha) I think her name was came to take our orders. She was very professional and friendly. Almost everything we wanted on the menu was not available anymore. My family was celebrating my brother’s birthday and we were so excited to take him to this restaurant. He ordered a mixed drink and instead of informing us that the ingredients were not available she made a completely different drink for him. The pina colada had no coconut rum in it only frozen pineapple juice. We asked to speak with a manager and we were told she just stepped out. We decided to leave and the hostess and bartender started mouthing off at us and the hostess told us to go and pointed out the door to us. I have never experienced such rudeness from a restaurant before. My daughter is a chef and I hope she never treat anyone like this. The waitress DeNaisha was the only person that apologized for not being able to fill our orders. I hope she finds a job somewhere else where her service will be appreciated.
