I've tried a few different pole studios, but I've fallen head over heels with Studio Air. Yes, they offer non-pole classes like dance, Silks and Lyra, but my focus in this review is pole fitness. Rarely will you find so many versatile pole instructors in one place. Each instructor exudes their own style, so you'll have every opportunity to find your own in the process. These incredible instructors break down each move so that you will learn based on your own individual skill level. Strength conditioning, core control, liquid motion, pole flow, floor play, inverts, tricks and spins: they literally have it all. Age, shape, size, gender; none of that matters at Studio Air. I've made more new connections at this studio than I have anywhere else during this pandemic. Incredibly COVID-compliant with the number of students per class based on the space, reasonably priced classes based on the epic content and skill provided, and beautifully inclusive to help you reach personal comfort and confidence. Busy schedule? No problem! Studio Air offers a multitude of classes and time slots on a weekly basis. Just make sure you sign up for classes in advance because they book so quickly! Forever a fan, and so grateful to have found such an amazing studio so close to home. Find your happy place at Studio Air!

Read moreI cannot recommend this place enough! I bought the 8 class pass promotion they were running a little over a month ago and it’s already gone. I had trained in NYC before but it had been awhile, and also I was never like, spectacular at it. However, the instructors at Studio Air are really patient and knowledgeable about their craft; I can’t believe how much I’ve improved. Shoutout to Linda, the owner/pole conditioning teacher who has been very helpful, and MASSIVE thanks to Anna, the PM Level 1/2 instructor who is seriously a pole genius.
Moreover, the people who go to the gym are so nice! The group is super welcoming; sometimes we socialize after class. The location is temporary (DFIT by Walnut St Station) but for me it could not be better. And the results are undeniable! Can’t believe how much fitter, stronger, and more flexible I’m getting! (I’ve lost some weight too, but it’s been in inches, not pounds.) If you want to get fit and have fun with some really cool people, this is the place! Needless to say; this month I splurged and got the 10...
Read moreI went to one class previously that was agreat experience the instructor gave everyone equal time so that everyone could get something out of the class even the beginners. The class I went to last night was not the same instructor while nice gave her attention almost exclusively to those already familiar with her class while I got a few words before she was running back to the other girls who didn't seem to need assistance. I struggled the way i think any beginner would but had it not been for my friend I wouldn't have done much. It wasn't till I decided to not participate anymore that she Finally attempted to give more than 5 seconds to me. Again she was nice if that's how she teaches then fine but after I specifically asked if the class was beginner friendly and being told yes that wasn't my experience at all. I don't need handholding but time and actual instructions would have been nice. Again nice lady just not as beginners friendly as she may think she is. I genuinely felt excluded up until she saw I no longer wanted to...
