Dee's JFK Service — Local services in Bloomfield

I bought the Mercedes Benz c300 2011 with 140k plus miles driven from Facebook marketplace. I remember I still at that Tim didn’t have the license as I was about to give my driving test. The day I cleared the driving test I applied for the registration and bought insurance. I saw the engine light came on. At that time I knew nothing about the vehicle.

I looked online and drove it to Dee JFK. There was a great guy name Brian who helped me. He checked and gave an estimate of the things which needs to addressed. He also suggested to me to try and see if I can return the car back to owner since it had lots of issues.

He changed the engine oil explained me the issue and only addressed the issues which was important. He never ever tried to charge more money or give any incorrect information. He is the guy who helped me get the inspection and I feel very lucky to found him first. I didn’t even face any issues after that. I would recommend visiting him as he is very knowledgeable and do solid work so that you don’t have to visit again and again.

His works is best than a dealer as I have a bad experience with a MB dealer who tries to fix one thing and broke the other but never faced this kind of scenario with Dee JFK service. Brian is best awesome cool...

Wow! If you told me that I could find an auto repair shop 45 minutes away from my home, that had honest and helpful mechanics, that gave accurate estimates for the repairs, that finished 2 hours earlier than expected, AND were open on Saturdays.... I wouldn't have believed you.

My car broke down in Nutley on Saturday morning and AAA, who had recommended Dee's, towed me to their station. Not being from the area, it was nice to know that I was at least going to be in good hands.

Johnnie, one of the lead mechanics, was fantastic to work with. He gave me a few of the possible scenarios, made sure I was comfortable with the estimates, and then went right to work.

After I picked up my car I was so excited about the customer service and workmanship that I called my wife and told how reassuring it was that there are still businesses out there that actually take pride in their work.

Hats off to the team at Dee's. Thank you for your help and making what could have been a really inconvenient situation such a positive experience.

With just under an hour left in a 5 hour drive back home for a family Thanksgiving, my car stalled out and wouldn’t move. My car of course picked to die right after going through a toll booth in bumper to bumper traffic on the dreaded jersey parkway. I somehow managed to get my car off the nearest exit and find Dee’s shop. My car was full of travel gear as well as my pet cat and turtles so I was incredibly stressed and panicking. The guys at Dee’s were beyond kind and highly professional. They had no openings or even a second of free time.
