Colias Cafe — Restaurant in Bloomfield

The coffee here is insanely good. I don't know what they are using, but you can taste the better quality for sure.

Maybe I'm just an over-consuming American, but I feel like the difference between their large and small is like 2 ounces lol. It would be nice if they had a larger portion.

The crushed ice cubes are alllrighhtt, but they do take up more surface area, thus, less delicious coffee.

Their pastries seem somewhat dry. Ive had a couple of their pastries (cookies, cinnamon rolls, ect) and even early in the morning they seem crunchy...like a stale crunchy. Still taste good.

Place is very small and lines to the front counter could be an issue once business picks up.

Wow! Bloomfield has been in need of a wonderful third wave coffee shop for a while and this is it! They use a wonderful local roaster and have LaMarzocco equipment. The baked goods are great and the atmosphere of the shop is very welcoming and spacious. It feels like it’s bustling, but you could easily sit down and spend the afternoon too. This is a rare gem indeed! The vibe is tranquility and relaxation from the moment you walk in. The place is beautifully decorated, the staff is so pleasant, and the coffee is very delicious. I ordered the ham & cheese on croissant, and I was not disappointed. I was surprised when I bit into it and was met with a mouthful of bursting flavor.
