Update: Second, go around the food definitely taste even better. I ordered the fish fillet, chimiburger, pollo a la plancha & Tres leche. Everything was delicious. The fish was seasoned perfectly and so tender served with garlic sauce, white rice, red beans, and maduros. The chimiburger was delicious, not dry, and the shredded cabbage added the perfect crunch and touch to it. It is served with fries. The pollo a la blancha was seasoned well, very tender, and it was served with white rice, red beans, and maduros. For dessert, the tres leches definitely hit the spot as a sweet tooth pleaser.

First time eating here and I must say everything we ordered was delicious. The food was perfectly seasoned, and the meat was moist, not dry. I definitely do recommend Tenares. Ambiance is very laid back, and the establishment is clean...

The food here is spectacular. We've gone twice and tried eachothers food- chicken empanadas were well filled and juicy, chicharron was so fresh and tender, the steak picahna was so flavorful, grilled and seasoned well and tender. The fish filet melts in your mouth, I got it with the garlic sauce. Same with the chicken a la planchet. The paella for one is enough for 2, the paella for 2 can most definitely feed 4 modest eaters. The portion sizes are just right! If you have room for dessert, get the dulce de yucca! It's a yucca pudding cake with candied coconut flakes topped with coconut ice cream. First rate Latin cuisine. Sancocho was rich and flavorful with call already tender mates and hearty root vegetables. Interesting addition of avocado slices made the soup even creamier. Pearly rice maybe with butter made the perfect pairing. Grilled chicken was fantastic with the chili mango sauce and red beans.
